Purchase went very well from the start
Purchase went very well from the reps first visit to the installation by the engineer all on time except for delay in delivery which wasn’t their fault they had a flat tyre which delayed them. Pleased with the stairlift.

Thought price very reasonable. Wes , the technician that first came out was a gentleman , very thoughtful to what I needed & explained every detail to me . Delivery was very quick, & the engineer knew exactly what he was doing & extremely careful with my staircase as it was fairly new . No buy back scheme purchased 6 months ago never used
Think very carefully before purchasing bought an 1100 model 6 months ago for £3,400 my mum and dad sadly passed away within months of one another without even using the stairlift. Spoke to Handicare today very unsympathetic, they will remove for free but no resale value!! Which is a little surprising as they offer reconditioned stairlifts, thought this was a company backed by Age Uk supporting the aged!!

very caring and reliable
very caring and reliable. I got everything I was promised, from the delivery and installation on time. I had a very slight problem with the stairlift within 2 days and the engineer was out within an hour and everything was sorted. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Everything went well except it wasn't made clear that there would be three separate visits to get it set up - the electricians, the del8very of parts and the assembly. I assumed it would all be set up on the first date I was given.
Colour is boring. It would be nice to have some alternatives.
Courteous friendly service and l8ft works well.

That this is a reliable, friendly and efficient company with 24 hour service.
From the salesman’s friendly but not pushy sales talk which explained everything we needed to know to the delivery of the stairlift and the quick and efficient installation of the engineer who then patiently explained how everything worked, we cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.

Unprofessional!
First home visit to assess my needswas cancelled by phone due to unavoidable circumstances - employee had a hospital appointment. I was given a rescheduled date & time by phone but nobody turned up at all. When I rang, I was told there was no record of this appointment on their system.
I was given a third option, but declined due to the unprofessional treatment.
