SCAMMERS!!! AVOID!!!!

I booked airport parking through Compare Parking Deals and was assigned to LGW Executive Meet & Greet (linked to iPark Gatwick). What followed was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.

We called 15 minutes before arriving at Gatwick as instructed and were told to go to Car Park 6, Level 5. Naturally, I expected someone to be there ready to meet us and take the car. Instead, no one showed up. I had to call again to ask what to do, and was told to just park in any space and someone would come to collect the keys.

We waited 10 minutes — nothing. Called again — “someone is on the way.” Another 10 minutes passed — still nothing. We were now at risk of missing our flight, and the lack of urgency or professionalism was shocking.

Eventually, a random man appeared out of nowhere to take the keys. He had no uniform, no ID, no paperwork, no receipt — nothing to prove he was legitimate. We were extremely uncomfortable handing over the keys and only did so because another customer nearby confirmed he had taken theirs too.

The real nightmare started when we returned from our trip. We called to have the car delivered back and were told, unbelievably, that they had LOST OUR KEYS. We were asked if we had a spare key with us. Apparently, our key had been left in another car that was now on its way to Bristol.

At this point, I completely lost trust. I asked for proof that they even still had my car. After multiple calls demanding photos, they were dismissive, rude, and repeatedly hung up on me, telling me they didn’t understand why I was worried and that my car was “safe.”

They told me to get a taxi home (I live 2 hours away) and said they would reimburse me — which I had zero confidence in. I was then told my car might be delivered the next day or they’d “sort a replacement key.” I gave them until 12pm the following day.

The next day — still no key. After pushing them, I finally got the location of my car: it was sitting in a field at The Greyhound pub in Crawley, with no visible security, among many other cars. I had to go and collect it myself — and I am STILL without my key.

Communication has been appalling. Every time I call, the “manager” is unavailable. I’ve been told I’m “p****** them off” by calling and even told not to “f****** call again.” This is how they treat paying customers.

I strongly believe this operation runs under multiple names, including Secure Park and Gatwick Premium Parking. They all share the same phone number and identical instructions. This feels like a coordinated scam operation.

I have reported this to the police, Action Fraud, and Trading Standards. After reading other reviews, it’s deeply concerning how many people are experiencing the same issue — especially “lost keys.” It raises serious questions about what is happening to customers’ vehicles.

Avoid at all costs. This company is not professional, not secure, and not trustworthy.

Absolutly awful service of Meet & Greet…

Absolutly awful service of Meet & Greet at Stansted. They turned up late when we tried to drop off the car and then made us wait over an hour for it to be returned after our trip. There was no appology and the driver left his lunch rubbish in the car!
DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid for a meet and greet service at Gatwick but the driver wasn't there when we arrived. Actually he was in the car park but speaking with another family who were also waiting for a driver. It was total chaos. I eventually got through to the office and was told the driver was there. I identified him from the description and handed over the keys. He had no ID, no uniform, so we had to trust it was the right company or we risked missing our flight. On our return I called the office to let them know we'd landed and they told us to wait in the car park. We waited for an hour and nobody turned up with the car. I finally managed to speak to someone and they told me the car had been left 'in Row E' and the key was on the tyre!!! It had been there for over half an hour - The price quoted does not include the parking tickets on arrival or return so you will have to pay at least £16 more than the quote - beware!

DO NOT USE - incompetent & used & damaged my car

Please do not use this fraudulent company!!
They were over 2 hours late returning my car to Gatwick south terminal, and then are disgracefully rude when you call them and then they just ignore your calls.
I was with my young daughter and I told them this to which they did not care.
My car arrived 2 hours late and this was only after I threatened to report my car stolen to the police.
When my car arrived it has been used for 77 miles and my alloys were completely scratched, my boot had been riffled through and I found a child's primark hoodie on my back seat.
Called them to complain and I got told to f u c k off by a woman who thought she was some kind of rude girl.
The drivers stink of unprofessional street boys, who have no idea about customer service and talk to you like you are a teenager on the streets.
Disgusting service and clearly not fit for service. After 3 days, I am still trying to make a complaint and get answers but they just put the phone down.
There were 5 other families all waiting more than 2 hours for their cars while I was waiting in the car park so clearly not a one off.

Do not use, bunch of scammers!!!

As the rest of the reviews, we had an awful experience with this company and the company we booked through them too (Skylink parking.co.uk) We had been away for 1 week and in our return we find out they lost the key to our car on Saturday, the day we returned, (or whenever they "lost" it) so after waiting nearly 4 hours for them to find it, they suggested to take a taxi home and they will return the car as soon as they find the keys. We reluctantly did so after receiving a text confirming they'll pay for the taxi home. We had no other option really as we had a 2 year old and im 5 months pregnant. The taxi cost was £200, and they promised to pay the whole fare (believe it when I see it)
When we call first thing Sunday morning they had miraculously found the keys and promised the car will be delivered as soon as they find a driver. Afternoon came and the car was still not returned. During this time we had been calling to check on status as we didn't believe them. They then threatened to not return the car if we kept calling. They hang up the phone on us numerous times, laughed and shouted at us too.
They then promised the car will be delivered Monday morning. When we called Monday morning they gave us the fake name of Scott Murphy and promised...again... to return the car by the afternoon. At this point I called Compare Parking deals to see if they could help. He seemed really helpful and called the company while I was on the phone and told them to deliver the car as soon as possible etc etc...Skylink parking promised him they'll deliver the car by no later 9pm on Monday. We called at 6pm to check, company said "yes, someone is leaving at 7.30pm to get to us by 9.30pm latest".
When we called again at 8.45pm they said no one is free to take your car it will be tomorrow!!!!! At this point I called Compare Parking deals again and spoke to RAJ the person in the booking company that promised me that they will deliver the car today (Monday). He calls them again and again, finally gets hold of them to be told that they promise the car won't be delivered tonight...what a joke!!! I knew that already! Thanks for that help....not!!! RAJ keeps saying that they (Compare deals) are a reputable company and nothing to do with Skylink parking, which I have proof they're not.
So it's Monday night and they have had our car since Saturday, they've had the keys to it the whole time as they were misplaced, so they are holding our car there for no reason.
Please avoid, I wouldn't want anyone to go through the stress this is causing us, specially being pregnant. And also, as we can just travel down to Gatwick and ask for our car as they won't tell us where they are based. So absolutely certain they don't keep the cars in a safe place.
PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Avoid Parking deals Ltd like the plague

Parking deals Ltd are definitely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I turned up at Gatwick having rung them 25 mins before my arrival and saw a family waiting. They had been there an hour and a half. This company only brings your car back when someone else is dropping theirs off. They block your number don't answer the phone are rude and they hang up on you. When I rang to collect my car I waited 95 minutes and when I was able to get through I was fobbed off with the car is in traffic and would be there in 5 mins. It's terrible avoid like the plague. There telephone numbers are 07707675611 / 03333394247
So please never use this company

Absolutely dreadful service. CRIMINALS

Absolutely dreadful service. Very late to collect the car on drop off (we went to check in and then came back) and had to pay £11 parking ticket as a result. Told number of different stories/lies as to where driver was each time we called.

Same thing on our return, called them an hour before, half an hour before and every 5 mins after the 30 minutes ETA was up and again excuses. Totally unreliable: there’s a reason they’re cheaper than the rest and you get what you pay for. Will never use again. One star is too generous.

UPDATE: since writing the above we’ve discovered that they’ve had an accident in the car with damage caused to the front left wing of the car. Also a set of jump leads were left in the car. God knows what they’ve been doing with the car whilst we were away.

Do not use not a good service also cost more than you think as you have to pay extra £12 at the airport

Do not use - we had to wait 20 for them
To meet us to pick the car up despite me ringing them 30 mins prior to our arrival and then 10 mins, when we arrived in Manchester I called them to advise we had landed was told to call back when in the car park had to then wait a further 15 minutes you also have to pay additional £12 to get in and out of the car park. The drivers don’t look the smartest just look like they’ve come out of a club. Next time I will be paying the extra to park at T1 car park.

Left me stranded at Heathrow as a lone female for hours in the middle of the night - DO NOT USE

I wish zero stars was an option. I booked through Compare Parking Deals with a company called Air Park Up for Meet & Greet parking at Heathrow. I needed to get my electric car charged whilst it was there so that I could drive home. I confirmed the process with Compare Parking Deals, who told me just to phone the mobile number provided after booking. I phoned the number and was told to just tell the driver when he collected my car. When my car was collected I told the driver and he wrote it down that my car needed charging.
When my car was given back to me on the Friday evening it had 5 miles left on the battery! The driver would have known as when the battery gets this low it would have been flashing lots of warning lights. He was rude, clearly couldn't care less, and just chucked the keys at me and walked off.
I was stranded. I couldn't leave the car park as I couldn't risk breaking down on the road. I managed to effectively roll the car down 2 levels in the car park to the level that had chargers. I had to wait 2 hours for one to become available. It was a slow charge, so after an hour I had 30 miles available and I risked leaving the car park (after paying a fine for overstaying in the short stay car park). I found the closest fast charging point, which was in a dodgy pub car park in Slough where I had to sit whilst my car charged for over an hour until 1am on a Saturday morning. This was not a safe position for a lone female!!
I eventually got home at gone 3am - I should have been home by 11pm the night before.
A thoroughly traumatic experience.

Terrible

What ever you do, do not trust this website or company: Enigma Parking Limited. The car was drained of petrol, they were an hour and a half late on arrival nd 30mins late on departure. The customer service, essentially they put the phone down on you and the car had empty sandwich boxes and crisp packets in there. They also stole an apple usb charger from the car that connects the phone to the sat nav. Terrible company. Next time I will spend a little more for the official Heathrow meet and greet.

Be Aware - SHOCKING SERVICE

On the booking form, the company states: "The service provider takes the vehicle and they park at their own car park." THIS IS A LIE - the "car park" is a street close to Heathrow. We know this because we were able to track our car through the onboard GPS system. Interesting the cam located in the dash of the car had been turned up, so you could not see exactly where the car was - although its very clear on the car navigation APP - it states the street in accurate detail!!!!

When we returned to Heathrow our flight was delayed and when we called to explain the person on the call was not interested. Eventually one of us decided to go to the 4th level of short stay, rows R - S and there was the car - when the company were called we were informed that the key was on the back rear tyre of the car - WHAT THE !!!!

Also the car was return well before our flight was due - this meant paying a further charge when leaving the car park

SCAMMERS..

Like everyone else here, avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers. As with other experiences, they wouldn't tell me the name of the company when I called them en route, didn't turn up for 40 mins after saying they were around the corner. The person who collected the car had not paperwork, looked really scruffy and unprofessional etc etc. I had to beg another parking company to take the car as I didn't have time to park it in the long stay car park and would have missed my flight by doing so. I just couldn't hand over my car keys to this random man as instinct told me I wouldn't have a car to come back to. Ended up paying twice so any saving potentially made by using this scam of a comparison site (they manage all the brands they promote from what I can see) was wiped out by having to buy elsewhere. I was fuming. They are rip-off merchants and should be barred from Heathrow.

Scam Company DO NOT USE, Police are investigating them

This company and the other company they trade under/use Parking4You, is a scam, they meet you at the airport under the pretence that they are parking your car safely what they actually do is dump your car wherever they can, my car was dumped 12 miles away in a shopping centre carpark which cost me £36.40 in taxi fees to find where it was dumped
The Airport Police are looking into this as they are doing this at all airports, mine was Newcastle
Luckily the police got my keys back and my car was ok, however when I tried to contact the company, after several attempts to get a refund for the parking, £64.94 and the cost of the Taxi they became very rude and instead of sending to my PayPal account the taxi fee they refunded the parking fee in two separate payments, £36.40 so they can claim to have refunded it then a refund of £28.54 totalling £64.94 so it looks like they have refunded the parking but i am still out of pocket by £36.40
I was told by the hotel where the police had left the car keys that a number of the cars had either been damaged or not recovered.
