Cheap but dodgy

As stated by others the price isn’t the price, I had to pay both of the short term parking tickets, so an extra £10.60.
This is in the fine print of the confirmation email.
So it was still cheaper than the proper meet and greet but, I had to wait 30 minutes when I arrived back, could have been on a bus and at a long stay car park in that time.
Cowboys yes, cheap yes, just be aware of the extra changes, that is deceitful.

Awful company

Awful company, made us wait 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes in the cod because they couldn’t find our keys. And added parking fee on top of cost to park - avoid!!!!!

DO NOT USE WE PARK

DO NOT USE WE PARK - appalling service. Unable to give no stars as a rating hence the single star.
I booked a week's parking at Heathrow via the "We Compare Airport Parking" website. I chose We Park as it was one of the recommended providers on the web site.
As directed, I called the nominated phone number several times en route to the airport - all went to voicemail and were not returned. On arrival at Heathrow there was no We Park representative there. I made several more increasingly desperate calls to the number - again all went to voicemail.
Waited for 30 minutes and still no sign of a We Park representative. As the departure time was approaching, I was forced to book with another provider at Heathrow - paying a higher "same day" rate.
We Park's customer service is non existent - when I got to speak to somebody I was merely referred back to the booking agent.
I have finally obtained a refund through We Compare but it has been a drawn out experience.
Why on earth were my calls on the day not picked up or returned? You just do not need this grief at the beginning of a holiday.

Cowboy company - do not use. They tried to withhold my car for payment

I booked airport parking through this terrible firm using the site wecompareairportparking.co.uk. I booked through the firm trading as We Park, but I suspect they are all scam companies run by the same outfit.

On the way to the airport we couldn't get hold of them through the number they provided. When we eventually did the rude person on the end of the phone told us the driver was always "two minutes away". He was more than half an hour late.

I then had to pay the ticket for the driver to exit the car park. It's only explained customers will have to do this once you have confirmed and paid for your booking, I have screenshots to show that there's no mention of this before you pay.

It gets better...

Our flight was delayed on the way home and I rang to inform the parking company of this. I said I would text through my details and our ETA as soon as I knew. There was no mention of extra payment.

On return to LHR as soon as I turned my phone on they were ringing me to see where I was - they were easy to get hold of at this point...

I was then told I'd need to pay an extra £20; the contract quotes an extra fee of £15 per day from 00:01, this was just after 9pm and we were due to get in at between 5.30pm and 6pm.

They kept chasing me on the phone and kept telling me I'd need to pay an extra £20 - cash. When I said that I wouldn't be doing that the person on the phone told me he would recall the driver and would not let me have my car until. I paid £20 by bank trasnfer.

At this point I said I had cash and would pay to at least get my car to the airport - a different pick-up location to where they stipulated in their terms. Level 5 drop-off, not Leve 4, row B as per all other off airport parking.

Fortunately, at this point a police car rolled into the drop-off area at T2, so I went and spoke to the officers to inform them of the situation.

My car arrived and parked up. My party went to meet the driver and the police car pulled in behind my car. The driver requested payment, I said no due to there being no contractual term to demand this, and after a short back and forth the driver then walked off, telling me the keys to my (running) car were inside.

They weren't.

I chased after him and was understandably quite annoyed by this point. The police officer then got out of his car and came to investigate once he realised the driver had walked away with the keys.

He said it was a mistake - a story I'm sure he's told plenty of times.

I outlined to the officer the situation and that I had nothing to pay and the driver had no right to withhold the keys to my car. The officer then spoke on the phone to the operator who wouldn't listen - at which point the driver was backpedalling and becoming less confrontational, claiming it was all an innocent mistake.

If this had been my partner on her own, what would she have done?

They were trying to extort money from us. Extortion. A serious offence. It's a good job the police were there.

The result is, this company is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Terrible service and illegal and immoral practices. I wouldn't even give them 1/5 but Trust Pilot needs a rating to write a review. Terrible.

Taken for a ride..

We booked under the alternative name First Park. We arrived at the location that they asked us via email to drop the car off at. We were then informed they would pick it up from Gatwick. After waiting in the drop off for an hour and a half a strange man who spoke very little English appeared and collected the car.

The driver then drove the car to a Hilton Hotel nearby and parked it up. We know this because my wifes car has a camera that records everything.

Upon return from our trip we called them and they advised us that it would be an hour. An hour and a half passed and no sign.

We called again and they advised it would be ten minutes. It didnt turn up. My wife called them and they told us it had broken down, the battery has gone. This came as a massive surprise to us as we recently bought a new battery for it.

We then asked for the address where the car was parked so we could recover it with the AA. They refused to tell us. So we therefore were left with no option but to call the police.

However I did some digging and found the home address and the details of the man who runs the company from Companies House.

He became a lot more helpful and amazingly the car started and twenty minutes later we had the car back.

Our tale would end there but we have video footage from the camera (which works off its own batteries and only activates when the door opens)

In the three hours they were having 'issues' no one had touched the car or been anywhere near it. When returning the car the driver hit 50 in a 30 zone on the other side of the road!

So we are handing over the footage and the details to the police along with a screenshot of the drivers face...

Happy New Year

I wish I had seen the Reviews before…

I wish I had seen the Reviews before booking with this Enigma Parking Heathrow.
They arrived 45 mts late after agreeing for a specific Meet & Greet time.
On return I got a Parking Notice few days later for an unpaid Parking Fine showing my car going to another terminal on the same day 45 mts after I had handed it over for Safe Parking.
They have not responded to my Complaint.
Looking at the number of Complaints against this Parking Company I think Ezybook who continue to make the bookings on their behalf are equally irresponsible and should be held accountable inspite of very conveniently stating that they have nothing to do with it apart from just being 'Booking Agents'- that's not good enough- it breaks trading standards!

AVOID!!!!!!Enigma parking (we booked…

AVOID!!!!!!Enigma parking (we booked through compare parking and chose what we thought was Super Saver parking, but it turns out they use a third party company Enigma) is a total scam. They ask you to call 30 minutes prior til arriving, but don't pick up. When we finally got hold of them we were almost there already and had to wait 45 minutes for the driver to arrive. Coming back our flight got cancelled, so we had to rebook. We called the day before to notify them that we would arrive earlier than expected and was told to send all details via text. Which we did. When we arrived at Stansted we called immediately after we land but they (again!!) did not pick up the phone. When they finally did we were already waiting in the pickup area and the guy who answered said it was scheduled for the day before (which btw was NEVER the case, we rebooked a flight for the same day as we initially booked just a few hours earlier) and that we had to pay I fine for not showing up. After 25 phone calls, it turns out that the text we were told to send never went through because they actually don't have a phone that can receive texts. We had to wait for an hour to get the car, and they finally asked us to go upstair to the 5th floor departure area where they finally met us. Now we´ve received a 80 pound fine for misuse og drop off area. What a mess! DO NOT USE THEM!

STAY AWAY do not use

I booked parking with Ezybook for one night at Heathrow. They act as a 'booking agent' but doesnt state this on their website and they then allocate the job to a 3rd party company, for us this was Enigma Parking. Dropping off was fairly straight forward but on return was a nightmare. I called the number that we were told to whilst we were sat on the runway tarmac at 6.10pm to say we had landed and would be 20 minutes as it was an internal flight with no luggage or passport control. I called the company a further 19 times between then and 7.20pm as my car did not arrive. Eventually i called Ezybook direct and they too tried without fail to get hold of the driver or company and suggested that i contact the police as they said my car maybe of been stolen !!!!!!!!!
I was frantic, eventually my car turned up at 7.40pm, 1 hours and 30 minutes after i had first called, it had done 48 miles as i had taken a photo of the odometer when i left it, so they had clearly been using it to go back and fourth to the airport or for their own use.

I am still waiting for a refund from Ezybook as i paid them directly they are liable to refund me.

Dont ever use them steer clear!!!!

Damaged car and uncontactable.

Collected car to find damage. I was told by compareparkingdeals (CPD) to report to the provider (one stop parking) as they are merely the broker. However, all the email addresses and contact numbers provided by CPD and the website for one stop parking are not active - emails are undeliverable and telephone numbers do not ring when called.

Avoid CPD as they have been unhelpful and use unprofessional parking companies.

ENIGMA PARKING avoid at all costs

ENIGMA PARKING avoid at all costs.

Very rude operatives: we called 30 minutes before arrival. It was early morning so it went to voicemail. We then had to wait 45 minutes for the driver to arrive, and we were accused of not calling ahead of time. We also had to pay £15 parking charge ( still no idea why).

Return collection - driver narrowly missed another driver in front of us. His parking was dangerous. There was a bottle of whisky left on my driver seat! ( he came back to collect, obviously).

And to top it all, I have now received £50 parking fine. I asked the driver if I needed to pay drop of charge, he assured me it was all covered.

Heathrow Airports should not be allowing this scam company into their car parks.

Unapproved use of my vehicle

****AVOID****
Disappointingly, I have just received a parking fine from NCP for the unapproved use of my vehicle in the drop off area of Gatwick airport one day into my holiday in Scotland when I wrongly assumed that the vehicle would be held within secure parking. The parking was booked as 'Meet & Greet' through www.compareparkingdeals [.co.uk], a website seemingly owned by TRAVEL EXTRA DEALS LTD (Company number 11064116).

There appears to have been more meeting and greeting using my vehicle than I anticipated would occur!

SHOCKING

They get one star as my car was there in one piece. Lucky it was there because the man who dropped it off at Terminal 5 was not with the car when we got there. We couldn’t contact them to start with, and then i released the car was open. The person who dropped it off left the key on top of the tyre! The wheel arch is quite high off the tyre so it was clearly visible too. When we finally got hold of them he said he was was diabetic and had to shoot off. He also left rubbish in the car. It’s not the most expensive car in the world, but about 40K. I know there was little chance of it being nicked, but I’ve never experienced a company like this. When my wife called and complained they shut her down rudely on the phone, almost shouting at her. She said we had to pay more money to leave than they had told us we would have to. Worst company i have ever come across. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA IF YOU MUST, BUT YOU WILL HAVE PIECE OF MIND. ALSO DURING THE PANDEMIC (REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT IT) I WOULD BE EXTREMELY AMAZED IF THESE PEOPLE WERE ISOLATING WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND THEN GETTING INTO CUSTOMERS CARS ALL DAY EVERY DAY. THE MAN WHO DROPPED OFF MY CAR LEFT BEHIND MEDICATION FOR SORE THROATS AND COUGHS!

ENIGMA PARKING - WORST PARKING COMPANY EVER.

WORST PARKING COMPANY EVER.

We called when we had arrived to drop our car off - the service on the email promised a drop off and that we could take a shuttle bus to our terminal. On arrival the people of the company who appeared to be young boys in no uniform said due to covid there will be no shuttle bus hence we will have to drop our car off at the terminal and someone will be there to collect the car from us. We found this weird but were rushing for our flight hence followed these instructions.

When we got back we called to say we have arrived. They took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to us and everytime we called to ask where they were they would say ‘’10 minutes away.’’

Nevertheless, the guy who arrived gave us the keys. I went to question why it took so long and his english was none existent. He then hurried off before we could even put our suitcases into the car. When we opened the car all we could smell were cigarettes! There were half eaten bits of food like chips in the car and a water bottle in the front seat which we did not leave! the passenger seat was also put all the way back! We then checked the car and there was a huge dent on the passenger side!

We rang the number of the car where the man on the phone laughed and said that was not done by our company and said to email his complaints line or ring the complaints number. At this point we found things strange as we realised the complaints number and the number of our driver on the email were the same!!!!!

Anywho, we still rang the complaints line on which the SAME man spoke on the phone and told us they will investigate the situation after we send proof. At that point i took pictures and i sent the email. We then sat in the car and our fuel was on reserve (we had made sure it was fully fuelled before we arrived as we knew we would be tired on the way back).

At this point we rang the number again at which he said he could not deal with this as this was a call centre who sends drivers out - (we could here he was driving following a navigation in the background). He then cut us off. We called again and told him we have emailed but still wanted to speak to someone in this call centre like a manager or higher authority. He then began to speak in a very aggressive tone and explained that he had seen my email and that he did not do the damage and does not need to explain himself and that we should be happy we got our car back!!!!

We called again to realise our number was blocked!!!

I refuse to believe it is a legitimate company as the employees are all young men who barley know english! Have no uniform or identification and nor do they know how to deal with customers. I then went on to examine the website and email and realised there are spelling mistakes and english grammar mistakes on the email and many many bad reviews!

I feel stupid for not realising all these clues!!!!!!! I wish i listened to my gutt in the first place.

Save yourself money and time and dont even bother to book with this company!

The booking and parking procedure looks legitimate because - They are clever to have a legitimate company to use to manage their bookings however after the booking procedure the fine print says that the customer should then deal with the company only - in this case an absolutely atrocious company!!!!

ABSOLUTELY APPAULING! SHOULD BE STRUCK OFF!!!

On our arrival at the airport we had to wait 30 mins for someone to meet us. When I asked them why they took so long they shrugged their shoulders and laughed. On our return to the UK we called the number as we cleared customs and waited half an hour and still no one arrived!I called again and they told us that our car battery was flat.  I questioned this as we only left our car for 6 days and we have left it longer than that before with no problems.I asked them to pick us up and take us to our car so we could call the AA.  We had to walk out to a busy road so they did not have to pay the £10 car park fee. We stood at the roadside freezing cold for another half an hour. A man arrived in another customers car as he did not know how to open the doors or boot to let us in.On arrival at the site which was pitch black(midnight), we were tired, cold and losing patience. I could not believe a meet and greet service are not in possession of jump leads! As we were deciding what to do and me getting very upset, they finally found some jump leads and after another half an hour, got our car started. The drivers window was halfway down and when I questioned this, they said they have to store all the cars with the window half down but could not explain why. The inside windows in the car were full of condensation, the car was cold and damp and there are water marks/steaks down the inside of the driver’s door. When I entered the car, the passenger seat was reclined into a flat position and there were 3 cigarette lighter/phone chargers in the car that were not ours. When I told them they were not mine, one of them said “Oh the crafty sods have been laying in your car charging their phones up, that is why your battery was flat. By this time I was fuming but had a headache and needed the toilet so I did not have the energy to argue and needed to get home.At the weekend, the car would not start again. Luckily one of my neighbours is a mechanic and was able to bring a battery tester home from work. He has checked the battery tonight and said it is completely dead and we need a new one.
We had to buy a new battery and have it fitted which cost £170.
They refuse to refund me and keep advising I contact Enigma parking direct who they were the agent for. However, they have no phone number for Enigma, only an email address and they do not reply. So I am out of pocket and will be giving the worst reviews every where possible so they lose money just like I have!

I am so disgusted by the service we have received and cannot believe you can run a legit business

Don't do it

I believe my review concerns a sister company, we compare airport parking.
It basically confirms others fears and experiences. An absolutely awful encounter. Took an age for anyone to pick up our phone calls then waited in the car park for an hour which incurred further fees. Was told this would be taken care of on our return by the driver and he explained they would pay our £5 airport release fee.
Upon return, yet again waited for 50 minutes. Called the number and was told that the previous driver told us bull s*it before I was then hung up on. I was astounded as a customer to hear such language from a company.
Drivers were not in uniform and the second did not speak any English. Any! We then found our in car charging cable and 12v attachment had been stolen.
Please do avoid as this "hosting' company have washed their hands saying they only host parking companies. They rejected the idea they have a responsibility to provide accurate information.
The car parking company fyi is called one world super saver. Don't bother. Walk away.
