I recently had blinds installed at our Gallery in London by this company, the quality of the Customer Service and Products was first class.

A company with excellent service, whose operative carried excellent workmanship.

What makes one a company stand out above others is the service when things go wrong: it is how promptly it rectifies a problem which makes the customer recommend them as an excellent supplier.

Their operative Greg, with his friendly demeanour, was a perfectionist: he did not take any shortcuts (even went back to the warehouse to get different fittings instead of making do with what he had), ensured the job is done to high standard, worked quickly and left the site clean.

I've been so impressed with TCBS from start to finish. They are a very professional business who have excellent customer service. They were on top of all elements from our first measurement meeting to the fitting of the blinds. I recently had blinds and curtains installed by this company, and I must acknowledge the quality of both the products. The measurements were professionally done, and the pre-sale customer service was excellent with quick responses.

However, I encountered an issue during the installation process. Unfortunately, the installer accidentally created three noticeable scratches on my newly finished floor. After a month of negotiation, I appreciate that the company has shown willingness to compensate with a small amount.

Despite this hiccup, the company has been very responsive throughout the resolution process, and I have no complaints about the overall quality of the products. While the inconvenience of the floor scratches was disappointing, the positive aspects of the service, including good pre-sale customer service and quick responses, contribute to an overall positive experience.

I was recommended The Complete Blind Service by a friend, and they have exceeded my expectations. Very helpful team - from measurement to installation, the process went smoothly. The shutters have improved the look and feel of the house so much - love them!

I've used The Complete Blind Service a few times and I have always received a good service, from the people at the office to the installer. The blinds are well made and look beautiful.

The staff at The Complete Blind service were helpful from beginning to end, answering all my queries and giving advice on fabrics. The curtains and blinds they made for our community centre hall look lovely and have given the space a real facelift.

The Complete Blind Service fitted new blinds and a curtain track, they also re-fitted blinds I had had for many years to new windows and refurbished an old curtain track. The work is excellent and the service very good. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent company, bespoke high quality work that exceeded my expectations, at affordable prices. They make the blinds in their workshop to your specifications; I have contacted other companies but they were unable to provide the same kind of blinds with the same measurements. After installation, I changed my mind on how I wanted the blinds installed and they promptly came back to make the change. Always courteous, quick, and professional, even via email to make appointments. I cannot recommend them enough.

The Complete Blind Service have fitted shutters, roller blinds and mechanical blinds for us over the past 5 years or so. Each time we have been so impressed with their range and customer service. They do friendly home visits and we’ve also been to their shop to see samples. They are very helpful and go above and beyond each time. We wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend them!

I have just recently had curtains and blinds fitted from The Complete Blind Service. They could not have been more helpful from start to finish. They had a wonderful range of fabrics and we're so helpful with choosing the right fabrics. They changed the estimate several times to fit my needs and offered exceptional customer service. The curtains were made and fitted within the timescales they gave me and the fitters were friendly and efficient.
