I have already given a 1 star review and have been contacted by your delightful and helpful customer service person Judi
However the cat remains noisy and the noise overwhelms the purring feature. There is no separate switch and the battery has to be disconnected to switch it off. If I could I would send it back but I expect I'm out of time

North of Glasgow not mainland UK
If you live in Scotland, north of Glasgow, don't waste your time. Apparently anywhere above Glasgow is classed as not mainland UK by their carrier and you are charged extra! Got the same item from Health and Care with free delivery
