I wanted to give this company every opportunity to put things right but they didn't, purchased a 73 plate Honda z125 repsol with just 56 miles, when it arrived the rear wheel was covered in dirt & chain lube, after washing the bike there was approx. 12 large chucks out of the paintwork on rear wheel, sent them pictures and they agreed looked bad, got quote to repaint wheel local and also asked if they could get it done by dream machine who originally painted bike. they refused.

What can I say this has been the best experience I have ever encountered when buying a new bike, from the first time I walked through the showroom doors I was met with a smiling face with no pressure salesman. They listened to me and followed up on everything that I needed I cannot recommend completely motorbike enough and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new bike. AAA****

I visited the Hinkley branch, "just for a look".....Really impressed with the whole set up, all the bikes were immaculately presented in manufacture order, to get the details of any bike just scan the bar code on the mudguard, no issues with sitting on the bikes to get a feel for them, free wifi, free tea & coffee. After speaking to Sam and getting a really good part ex valuation without them seeing my bike, I ended up buying a bike from them. I was due to collect the bike once it had been through the workshop, however, the day of collection turned out to be wet and windy. A quick call to Sam and they agreed to deliver my bike, it arrived later that day with two new tyres full MOT and a service, the delivery driver had been out all day but was happy to deliver my bike and answer all my questions. I can't fault anything about my experience with Completely motorbikes Hinkley. A brilliant service from the whole team.

Ross was really helpful (again) and made it a really simple transaction. The service during being in store and the after service from the driver who delivered my bike was fantastic and friendly too.

This is the second time I have used these guys. Would give 100 stars if I could. The service is the best! Alex was my contact for both my bikes. Excellent! Also available to talk. Did everything to make the bike work for me as I am a short rider. Will definitely be using again when I need another.

Took delivery of my new to me Harley today from the Hinkley Store. What a range of bikes! From initial enquiry to handover it was faultless. It's refreshing to be dealt with like another human rather than a sales lead. James and team was awesome and made time for me in a busy showroom when I hadnt made an offical appointment. Shout out to Sam aswell, Looked after the handover and did a excellent job! Go ask for him! Will definitely be recommending hinkley branch. See you for the next one!

I have used completely motorbikes at Abergele for a few years. Always a great service from the staff there. Friendly staff and the tea is free. Definitely recommend

Incredibly helpful people. I dealt with Matt who looked after me personally and he really was keen to do a great deal that made it impossible not to buy something! But not at all pushy - just keen to be better than anyone else. Thoroughly recommended - whatever brand - their dealerships seem to cover everything!

I am a 65 year old pensioner. I wanted to treat myself to a bike and paid a £500 deposit in the showroom on Saturday afternoon. I’d had a problem getting the money to transfer from my account and so paid the deposit on my wife’s card with a view to sorting out the problem with the account when I got home.
When I did get home I realised that the account where the balance for the bike was held was in fact in a Bond account ( which I hadn’t realised I’d put it in) so is not accessible until summer 2025. I rang immediately the next day ( Sunday) to explain the problem and that I could not therefore go through with the purchase unfortunately.
It was I admit, totally my fault, but as I said , I am getting on in years!
I asked the sales manager if we could come to an agreement over refunding at least some of my deposit but apparently that’s not company policy and they will keep my £500 until such time as I buy a bike off them.
I’m very disappointed at the inflexibility shown, I could be dead by summer 2025 ( hopefully not!) but if the company are happy to take £500 from a pensioner for a totally genuine mistake then so be it. I would have thought an agreement could have been made, maybe I incur a fee of say half of the deposit, but no, company policy dictates they keep it all.
Will I go back and buy a bike from them in June 2025? Highly unlikely, they have demonstrated they are totally inflexible so I’ll just lose the £500 and put it down to one of life's bitter experiences.

From beginning to delivery these guys demonstrate how buying a motorcycle should be. Friendly staff, great showroom and they delivered over quite a distance on a rainy day.

just taken delivery of a zx4rr 40th anniversary edition, alex in yeovil was helpful throughout the process and kept me informed on expected date of arrival very easy purchase from providing test bike to delivery. ben who delivered the bike was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. thanks to all concerned

I recently bought a second hand bike from The Yeovil branch in Somerset. I would like to say how happy I was to be able to use my local dealer to purchase my new Toy, They shipped it down from up county on a return policy if I wasn't happy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not pushing me at all to buy the bike if I wasn't 100% Happy. Gave me a good fair PX on my old bike. I was super happy and will be back for another one once I'm bored with this one

I purchased a Vstrom from the Hinckley Branch. The salesman (sorry I have forgotten his name) was helpful - not pushy and everything - new tyres and full service was carried out and the bike delivered as agreed. The salesman phoned me a week later to check. This is the second bike that I have purchased from this branch when I also received a similar satisfaction. I would definitely recommend.

So my husband wanted a new bike, he'd seen a Vulcan on ebay at Completely Motorbikes Conwy, so I called and spoke to Lewis, who went through everything with me. He put it through the workshop for a service and MOT.... it arrived this morning, in the pouring rain!
What a fab bike! Its immaculate!
The service was excellent and what was really good is that it was delivered to the door!

Great until they have your money then they just dont care at all! Problems with the bike still under warranty yet no help

Called the Worcester branch as i was in a fix moving a bike to my new address on Saturday morning ( flat battery on zzr1400 ) amazingly they came out in the afternoon and moved it for me. i cant thank you enough for your fantastic service. Ewan even messaged me later about the correct charger i needed .

My experience so far is a positive one, though I've yet to pick the bike up and fully test it out...

Kev has been really decent to deal with and there was no pressure to do a deal, in fact it took many visits to finally decide on the right bike. The trade in for my bike was fair and being a Blood Biker I had a nice bit of discount too.

So, yet to be fully reviewed, but so far so good, but the proof will be if there are any issues after i have the bike and how they deal with this if so. To be updated soon. 👍
