I have been looking for over a year to find a specific bike, with the right milage and provenance. I saw one on-line at Completely. I made an enquiry. They got back to me quickly with all the relevant info. I sent pictures of my bike for part ex. their offer was very fair. Within a week the bike was prepared and ready for the sale to be completed. after taking delivery I had a slight fault with the electrics, which was sorted without quibble. Great company to deal with. All staff very friendly and the mechanical team very knowledgeable too!....thanks Nigel! I would absolutely buy again from CML.

Very good experience buying my bike from completely motorbikes Hinckley. All requests were answered and carried out promptly. My bike was delivered on time without any problems. Worthy 5 stars.

Popped into the showroom on Christmas eve eve to have a look at a GSXR600 seen on Ebay site. Great bike in great condition. Kevin the salesman was very honest and ensured me bike would be serviced and 12 months MOT. Decided to do the deal! Excellent communication from Kevin and bike had new fork seals and tyres and MOT no advisories as promised. Delivery was fine, again excellent communication from Kevin and the delivery driver. Driver was really helpful and courteous and knew his stuff. So far so good. First impressions are that this is a well run company who know their business. I would recommend them.

When things go wrong is where a company shows their true colours, Completely and Kev couldn't have done anything more to ensure I came out a happy customer. The trade in value for my Fireblade was the highest, the bike I swapped it for had issues, there were no quiblles about getting the bike back to make good the issues. The issues continued irrelevant of that two separate branch mechanics couldn't resolve so the original bike value was honoured to source another.
Top guys, top service, highly recommend. Thank you 👌

Well I've got to say brilliant that's the word for this company. I've had a few bike's from triumph north Wales. Service sales staff all Great. Just taken 400x scrambler, for 30mile run and the speed 400 back nothing is to much for them. I'd like to name them but all departments are great. But special thanks to Jack Anna Gary. Just a lovely play to stop for a coffee and chat. Love you all 💯

Purchased a Kawasaki Versys from Jeremy at Completely Motorbikes.
The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. They really could not do enough for you and were very customer focused. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and particularly Jez in sales.

Initially spoke to Hamish at Ducati Worcester who was very helpful, was then passed onto Chris, travelled to Worcester to look at a Ducati xdiavel after agreeing on a deal over the phone with Chris, bike was immaculate, was serviced mot'ed and a new battery fitted ready for my inspection, whole process was smooth and professional, bike was delivered on agreed date by Wayne of Hinckley, would definitely buy from completely motorbikes again and recommend them.

Great hassle-free service from Completely Motorbike at Hinckley. Thank you to Luke, Jan and Wayne who delivered my Bike. Everyone was friendly and professional! The team did everything that was promised. Very pleased with my Ninja 650. Even though Sunday morning was cold, the roads damp and the sun was right on the horizon! The bike felt like it was on rails and pulls like train! : )

I just bought a Ducati and traded in my Honda Africa twin. They gave me a great price for my p/x and the Ducati I bought is of absolute quality.
Went to the Hinckley store, dealt with kevin and the whole process was brilliant.
I went on my 1st ride out on it today, done a quick 70 miles and I am chuffed to bits.
Great job to completely motorbikes.

Suzuki themselves gave me a free 2nd service and paid Hinckley to sort out a few problems on my gsx-s1000gt & panniers. A very nice touch i thought. Because motorcycle world in Northampton,where i bought it new (£13,000+) and who were really awful, Conservative with the truth and rather cavalier in their workmanship & ethics, i got Hinckley to do the jobs. Really can't fault them. They were on the ball, got them done no bs no fibs. At times very very busy but from the receptionist to simon and the team all were very helpful. Also extremely courteous i might add. I will be booking my next service with them.

Well so far so good. They have done everything expected. Bought a used MV Agusta from them , taking delivery this coming Friday. They were bang on eithe my px , the bike I’m buying is stunning. Jan was great on the phone, spent time with Ross today, very professional and great communication. Also met James really nice guy.
So I’m more than happy.

Hinckley Branch: day before arranged delivery Jan Duffield tried to cancel my deliver saying that the bike could do with a new brake disc, but as I only live 13 miles away we arrange delivery as scheduled with proviso that as soon as new brake disc arrives then they will change.
Never heard a word from them again especially Jan Duffield, she avoided answering emails and refused to talk to us. (basically she got my money and that's it NOT Interested any more).
I visited the site on 4 separate occasions and everybody just passed the buck and even the bosses son lied saying the work had been completed, told it couldn't have been as I have the bike awaiting repair. they kept saying we'll get the part soon, and to date I still hadn't heard anything from the Hinckley Branch to date.
Only when I got an email from Mt Trotman a sale manager of the Gloucester branch and I complained he very quickly got my bike picked up, took it back to Gloucester repaired and return in 2 days.

I have bought several bikes from CM and have always had a great deal and after sales service.After a short break I saw a HD at Hinckley I liked, I had the bike delivered to Staverton on click and collect (£50). I decided not to go ahead with the purchase, no problem refund within 2days.I have known the Completely Crew for many years, things go wrong from time to time but they always find a solution.

Poor service! Arranged to pick up my bike on a Saturday as planned with my sales person, I arrived on the Saturday feeling excited to see my bike in the showroom nice and shiny, in fact it was in the workshop on the ramp! The Lady struggled to move loads of bikes to get to it (fair play to her) And when she pushed it out it was dirty, finger prints on the fuel tank and not validated, I was extremely cheesed off after paying a fortune for the bike!! Had problems with the bike ever since and when I phone up it’s like I’m a pain in the back side for them !! I’ve bought 4 bikes from this company and this is my last. I’ve noticed that they don’t reply to negative comments on here, goes to show they don’t give a monkey’s after they had your money! (Probably reply to mine now) / Good tip for you all, shop around as I’ve noticed that they are way dearer than most places!

Completely motorbikes Abergele What a joke this place is !!! Spoke to their staff on the phone concerning an outstanding recall on my Diavel, was told by this staff member the recall was for a rear suspension linkage and I would need to leave the bike there. Turned up today to have the work done with a family member to get me home, was told it would only take an hour so waited around to only find out all that had been done was a hands free update and no suspension recall existed and never did so why would I have been told that. When I challenged this the guy behind the front counter decided to raise his voice and tell ME to calm down 😄 eventually they agreed to take the bike back round and check the linkage for the recall spec they say didn’t exist ?!? As I agreed and handed over the guy to a service lad the guy behind the counter then decided to shake his head at me and say ‘Jesus Christ’ after me asking him what he’d said he denied saying anything the child so I took my bike away and will be taking it all the way to Ducati Manchester instead for some quality service which I should have done in the first place
There was a lot more said in the conversation but needless to say worst customer service I’ve had anywhere full stop !!! And will definitely not be returning AVOID !!!!!

5 stars just isn’t enough.
James looked after me from my very first phone call, right through to delivery always keeping me updated and informed, no wonder they are the best place to buy a quality new or used bike.

Delivery day, Wayne delivered my mt07 exactly on the time specified to the second, he ran through all paperwork’s and gave me a rundown of everything I needed to know, he was a big help on the day, I have a broken wrist so couldn’t move the bike around.

Only a few weeks to go until I can ride my new bike and I can’t wait.

Would I use completely motorbikes again? Definitely, without a doubt or even viewing bikes closer to home.

Bought two bikes recently from them. Issues with both. 1 was regarding the warranty and assistance documentation which took 14 request to the dealer and me finally having to contact Ducati themselves to get it sorted. The other was of a much more serious nature. The bike that they sold me on a cash sale (No finance on my behalf) Still had their stocking finance on it which should have been settled before my collection, let alone still being on the bike weeks after me collecting and owning it. So very unprofessional to say the very least and potentially a legal issue too.
