Had a great buying experience with Completely Motorbikes Gloucester. Dealt with Jamie who was excellent, he gave me a detailed video and very accurate appraisal of the bike so I bought the bike (Fireblade) remotely. The bike was delivered and was exactly how Jamie described it, I am very pleased. A big shout out to Mark who delivered the bike he was a blade owner as well and gave me some great advice. He took the time to give me a show over of the bike. No hesitation in recommending both Jamie and Mark and I would definitely buy another bike from them. Thanks guys a great service.

Dissapointed. I saw a bike on line I left a deposit. I arranged to drive nearly 200miles the following weekend to finalise the deal. When I got there the bike had a flat back tyre, the tail tidy was rotten and so was the belly pan. Which on a 3 year old bike with only 6000 miles did not add up. On inspection there was no recorded services in the book. It wasn't a cheap bike to reflect its condition and fact there was no evidence the milage was correct. What a waste of a weekend traveling 8 hours round journey and £100 in fuel.

Absolutely disgusting service from Completely motorbikes Abergele!!!! Recently purchased an ex demo Ducati Streetfighter V4s was origionally buying through Santander however the Sales rep kept messing the application up and ended up signing it 5 times or more, being told its my error and not theirs!!! I puchase the bike in the end from savings explaining how i was being messed around with the finance and no longer wanted finance etc transaction complete or what i thought I was informed on the 20 May that another sales person from another branch of where i was collecting the bike from had completed the finance agreement in error and this would be undone!!! 1 Month Later finance has not been paid back to finance company and I now own a bike of which i have paid in full has finance registered against on both credit file and hpi and causing me DRAMA renewing mortgage etc!!!! Completely Motorbikes Have been chased for the money back from Santander for a couple of weeks and still failing to pay money back. The bike also is missing the single seat unit of which im getting no reply to where it is!!!!!! because their cutomer service is diabolical!!!!!! I would avoid this compay like the plague!!!

I am tryng to have a quote from a guy on wsp sales team,more than 2 weeks never reply to my mesage whit my px details,asking numerous times for a answer,as I use them before and satisfied,now I don't recomand anymore.Old staff!

I did a deal with Luke on a low mileage R7 in 60th anniversary colours. The service I received was some of the best I have ever encountered in my (I hate to say) 34 years of riding motorcycles, and in that time I've purchased a few.
The deal, and free delivery was better than expected and I can't recommend Completelymotorbikes Hinkley enough. I will definitely be using them again.

Amazing service from start to finish. On entering the building you are greeted by the helpful reception, I was amazed at how many bikes they had and every single bike looked brand new, they definitely take pride in their stock. James who looked after me was spot on, he give me a great price on my part ex and a great deal on my new mt09. The delivery was bang on time and the driver was a legend. I cannot praise this Company enough, I bought a GS triple Black which was presented to me in fabulous condition complete with Brand new Tyres which i did not expect. First class offer for my trade in. Dont bother going anywhere else, I had an offer from Donnington Super Bikes which I thought was just about OK, So glad i looked around. Highly Professional from start to finish

I can only speak as i find and the service i have received has been first class all the way, I was given a fair trade in price. The bike arrived on the day at the time they said it would. Good communication all the way through. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or recommend them.

Been looking for a Kawasaki Z900rs for a while, found the colour I wanted here so phoned James at home on a Saturday evening, asked about a part exchange. He couldn't have been more helpful and offered a lot more than any other dealer had. Did the deal and the bike was delivered Wednesday. Perfect. Fantastic experience with Will at Abergele, despite him working across both sites, he kept me up to speed with my bike. Great service as always from a top bloke who really knows his stuff. I usually go to Manchester but he’s made the trip to Wales well worth it, I’ll be sticking with them now 👍

Staff(especially Kieran in this case) do everything they can to keep customers updated and arrange service times to suit. Fitted my screen as well as servicing my bike. Happy to travel to get my bike looked after at the Abergele branch. Great cuppa too and friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

I first enquired about a Haybusa advertised on Gumtree by Completely Motorbikes (Hinkley).
Nathan of CM quickly got back to me, made me a good offer on my bike as part exchange, arranged finance. It was delivered, free, (a round trip of around 9 hours!) to my home today by Wayne, who was also excellent and my part exchange bike was taken away.
Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. I would have no hesitation in buying from these guys again. Brilliant service from start to finish by all concerned.
