Poor service was had appointment booked last minute had a call saying van was broken down which is understandable but then no phone calls I called them but they never call back useless and terrible customer service DONT WADTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHAMBOLIC COMANY

Purchased our kawasaki vn900 on17/09/22 from the Gloucester branch. From the moment of purchase we were met with first class service, namely Ollie and his senior manager.
Motorbike was presented to us in a professional manner.
Worthy of note also, was Ben who delivered our bike on time with a smile and a great attitude.
All the staff involved with our purchase made it special and very worth the journey from South Wales.
We will be recommending this company to family and friends and strangers alike.
We will also be returning to Complete motorbikes for future purchases.

First time using complete motorcycle in Staverton and have to say I have had outstanding service picked my bike up on Friday after having service and mot was happy with the price but also very happy that they had also valeted my bike ay no extra cost would highly recommend them

I have just returned to motorbikes after 30 years away. I was bewildered by the choice on the web and the lack of local dealers. I stumbled across @Completelymotorbikes by accident. I'm glad i did.
Jan the sales lady from Hinkley couldn't have been more helpful and answered all of my questions. Tom the delivery driver was again fantastic. I was nervous about buying unseen but if this is the standard of all their stock then i can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks.

2nd bike I’ve purchased from these guys 1st from Hinckley 2nd from Triumph dealer in Wales. Very unlikely to do again. Backrest fell off the top box on the 1st bike £11000 Tracer 9gt. 2nd bike, Tiger 800 first ride the front tyre pressure monitor failed. It’s an intermittent fault and they want me to ride a 440mile round trip to check it out. Shame their pdi is so poor.

From the warm welcome in Gloucester (thanks Ashley) to the free advice to the great comms (I had to wait a while for the bike due to supply chain issues outside of anyone’s control) to the super friendly Mark who delivered the bike and gave me _exactly_ the encouragement I needed, this outfit was first class.

Great buying experience. Saw bike online went to have a look at Hinckley very helpful staff. Luke looked after me a very professional helpful chap. Bike was delivered again by a very friendly chap. Bike was presented very well all things done that was mentioned when buying.
All in all a very positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Bought 3 (4 actually) from Completely now and the service has been exceptional on each bike. Buying a bike 400 miles away relies on trust and communications - never been disappointed yet. Changed my mind in one bike and they were excellent - could not be any more helpful. Any questions or issues are sorted immediately.
Communications and service from James and Andy have been outstanding and deliveries & collections always a pleasure. James smiled through 6” snow with first bike and Ben smiled through the typical Scottish spring welcome with one yesterday.

Dealt with Anna at Abergele branch with the trade in of my Tiger for new bike - Everything great, easy transaction with no issues.

I bought an FZ1 from Completely Bikes via Ebay. It was clearly stated that there was no warranty which is fine. I'm 300 miles from them so viewing wasn't an option but the description and video also looked fine.

A professional bike courier brought the bike to me. It wouldn't start with no response on the starter button. I had to bump it. I put a battery tester on it and it was showing as pretty much dead. I put it on a fast charger for 6 hours and then onto a trickle charger overnight. This morning it shows as dead and not recoverable. It needs a new one and its not because it's been stood in the showroom.

In addition, the left side mirror is flapping around with 3 or 4 inches of play. I have taken it off the bike and it can't be tightened as it's a rivet type. It needs a new one.

Now these things happen, I get that, and I contacted Luke at Completely Bikes to ask if they would cover either a new battery at £40 or a new mirror at £30. I offered to send a video to show the problems.

Luke said that the company's view was that it was working fine when they had it and it was sold as seen and they would not offer anything.

I appreciate that I didn't view the bike as I'm hundreds of miles away and it's caveat emptor and all that entails, but my point is that these are obvious issues that if they weren't going to put right before sale then at least make them clear in the advert. I may well have still bought it but at least I knew what I had to budget for once I had it.

I'm sure that Completely Bikes will say that it was working fine when it left them but come on, a battery doesn't die in 2 days.

Lesson learnt for me is that whilst you might get a good bike from Completely Bikes, you will certainly receive zero support if you have some genuine, evidenced issues in the days that follow.

Recently visited the Hinckley showroom just to browse but ended up buying a gorgeous Triumph Thruxton. The whole experience was faultless and was offered a real good price on a part exchange for my bike. The new bike was serviced with a fresh mot and delivered free with collection of my bike less than a week after agreeing to buy it. Tom the delivery driver was brilliant and kept me informed of his eta all through the day. Would definitely recommend Completely motorcycles and would consider using them again.

From the moment you step into the Hinkley showroom the atmosphere is great. Mases of bikes, displayed brilliantly, but still enough room to move around and you're able to sit on every bike. I purchased a Suzuki but they have a wide choice of make, model and cc. Delivery driver was friendly and bike delivered in the time slot provided. Whether purchasing your first bike or 15th, you won't leave empty handed. I've recommended them to a colleague looking for his first bike. Fantastic place!

Recently contacted James out of hours regarding a PX with my V4 Panigale against the new 1200 speed triple, the service I received from then on was perfect and faultless, price he gave was better than anywhere and he couldn't do enough for me.
Highly recommend this company and the service from them is second to none 👏

After leaving honest feedback on their main page, Completely Motorbikes have blocked me as they can’t stand up and take the honest criticism.
Nothing but one issue after another with my sale and ongoing issues months later all created by Completely Motorbikes.
Avoid this dealer and buy elsewhere. Their reviews aren’t honest as they delete anything negative.
Sloppy workshops and awful bike preparation.
Lies, further damage to my bike and continual overpromising and under delivering.
1 star is too much.

Yes, comments on your instagram and Facebook platforms have been deleted. Consult your staff to clarify before making comments.

As we have discussed the age of the bike is not the concern. Your company and staffs mistreatment on my bike is the issue here. Every time you touch it another problem occurs by your errors. All documented perfectly.

I have never threatened your team so don’t make ludicrous comments like that. I have always been patient and willing to offer you another chance. But I’m afraid you failed every time.

It is now for the justice system to see who is at fault. See you there.
