Have had many bikes off Completely Motorbikes over the years, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t fault James and his team, they even delivered out of hours free of charge!

Recently bought a triumph thunderbird very good value. They delivered it cost within the price.

Was an issue with a headlight lens, which they sorted without any problems.

Easy company to deal with, bike as described, no complaints here.

I would buy off them again.

I had been messed about by a ‘Superbike Place in Macclesfield’ who wanted my time so had advertised my bike private.

Went to Hinkley to look with a friend and say a nice z900 with under a hundred miles on they agreed to underwrite the the price of my old bike Buell at what my private buyer was paying and held me the Z for the Saturday afternoon.

My buyer turned up Mrs J liked the Z so bought it same day

Collected on Monday small issue with book pack which they sorted the next day all proper and docs sorted with DVLA on the Wednesday in my name.

Fair cost nice staff friendly and honest but busy

Everything about this company was excellent the communication, no hidden charges or admin fees, free delivery, returns policy you name it. If you are concerned about buying over the internet don't they are truly professional. Oh and my bike is stunning and I can't stop grinning.

I saw a bike I wanted so I phoned up, left a deposit and made an offer to collect that weekend.

Was told I would receive a call back in the morning with an answer.

No call back and bike was removed from all selling sites.

Phoned up to see what was going on as I thought they must have accepted my offer as it was taken off eBay ect - got told no best they could do was £100 off the 5K bike as I was collecting it myself.

Didn’t think my 4500 or subsequent 4750 offers were unfair in the slightest in relation to others that were listed with similar miles/spec - but at the end of the day it’s down to them what they choose to sell the bike for.

My gripe is they didn’t have the courtesy to call me back.

If you are prepared to pay there listed price then by all means go for it but if your a old school genuine buyer that is looking for a deal don’t bother.

Received my Speed triple today, bike is as described and Steve at was great throughout the process. The guy who delivered my bike (i didn't get his name) was both professional and knowledgeable. whole process was a pleasure, i will get my next bike with these guys..

Brought a superb 2018 Tracer 900 done the deal over the phone and delivered that week the bike is in first class condition and James who sold the bike to me was superb very honest and helpful.
Would 100% buy from again

Refreshing to find an independent family business which has great staff knowledgeable and non-pushy with a massive selection of low-mileage motorbikes in great condition. Love this place, particularly the new Cheltenham branch with the attentive and brilliant staff, like Carl, their Branch Manager.
