Fully recommend Complextions Machine Repair :)
I can’t recommend Dave enough, he was my saving grace after my lipofirm machine had a wobble before Xmas 2018. I contacted Dave (after spotting him on a website looking at machines) and he made me feel at ease straight away. As a sole trader, I don’t have a massive budget if things go wrong (and these machines can be very expensive to fix) He said he would look at my machine without charge (which some companies do) he then gave me a call not long after he received it and said what was wrong and the price. I was delighted (I knew if I’d gone to the original supplier I would have paid much more)
My machine fault was fixed and it was serviced for a very reasonable price.
I went on reviews I saw on trust pilot, so wanted to let anyone who needs help to know how trustworthy Dave is.
I’ve been using my machine with no problems since I received it back over the Xmas period.
Thanks Dave and his Team for getting me back up and running in no time at all.... Great Job ! Helen

Empty parcel!
Unfortunately my next day delivery not only arrived late (although I did get a speedy reply with a tracking number from the company), but when it did arrive the package was empty!! A sealed parcel with nothing in it. I'm still waiting for a response from the customer service team...

I bought aveda shampoo and conditioner and they were quite a bit cheaper than anyone else. Quick delivery and good service.
I didn’t find their website very user friendly, but very pleased with my purchase overall!
