I was in need of ram for my PC
I was in need of ram for my PC. Not exactly sure of what ram I need, I've searched before and didn't get any good results. The few valid results I did get were that the ram was overpriced. Poor Customer Service
Ordered 16Gb memory for my HP Pavilion 690-0073W which was suppose to be compatible according to their website. Received it ok but when I tried to install received beep codes. Tried calling customer service and left message on 9/21. After not getting a call back sent email on 9/23 asking for an RMA and the only email I received was this survey. Tried calling back to leave another message and mail box is full.
