Terrible company avoid at all costs!!!!!
Asked for a quote, all good initially then before work was to start they asked for the full amount upfront 'for materials'.
Obviously I queried this as reputable companies don't usually do this and the contact at concept became very pushy and aggressive saying that the work had already been booked in.
I felt extremely intimidated so I paid over half as I considered that enough to cover materials.
This was met with more aggressive phone calls but I wouldn't budge.
The day for the work arrived and only the contact turned up and again he wanted all the money and he was very threatening saying I was wasting his time.
I had no choice but to transfer the money but no one turned up that day to start the work.
I phoned and was told that because I'd mucked up their ordering by not paying I'd have to wait a week.
A week later one guy turned up measured up then left. The next day two worked arrived and did the work but the result was absolutely appalling, real cowboy work.
I phoned the head office again and was simply told that the work was fine, then they hung up.
I felt so intimidated that I had to get another company in to redo the work which they also thought was 'absolute crap'.
I wish I'd never heard of this company.
