Absolutely scammers. It's been over 30 business days since they "issued" a refund and nothing, they have been answering my messages up until then. I hope they are happy with what they are doing to people.

Reliable fixed my problem quickly! They answered very fast, and were easy to talk to I pretty much got my issue solved instantly plus the prices are Great. Absolute Cinema!

Its a scam dont buy anything. You will get the account that will never work. When you contact the support they will advise you to be patient.
Instead they will be rude with you. If you ask so many questions

They will not give me the date of birth for the account please no one buy from they they tried give 3 date of birth that did not work

My son wanted a game for his Nintendo and seeing a decent price for the game we paid upfront. Then the games began, as we buying a code it never arrived. Their so called customer service is just repeating the same thing. My advice AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IN MY EXPERIENCE JUST LIKE IT'S NAME 'CONS'-O-GAME.

Tried to cancel my order, before it has been delivered. Bearing in mind, they say its an instant delivery, it can take up to 48 hours. Almost 24 hours in i asked for the purchase to be cancelled. They refused.

I bought the gta for ps5, although it took way more than 1 hour to arrive (little over 24hours), was a bit skeptical after seeing reviews on here, but I did receive the account, which was then used to "transfer" the game to my own PSN account. Customer service replies within 5 minutes and was very helpful. Cheap prices as well(£7.50 instead of £20)

I've bought software from Consogame for a few years now. Great value every time. The couple of problems I've had over that time were sorted in minutes.

So against better judgement i ordered a game here (Smash bros). Nowhere on the page does it say they are selling me an account to access the game.
Delivery took a full day only for me to then find that they did sell me an account.
I have requested a refund but i doubt this will materialise so i will raise it with my bank.
Please do not buy from here, selling games via account is a breach in terms of service of most game managers (nintendo,epic,steam) and can result in bricking and account bans so be warned.

I had no problems Getting the Key but had troubles activating. The support guy Alex was very welcoming and helped me very fast. It was very nice to have the support help me this effective.

This is a scam company. DO NOT purchase from them. I ordered a game with immediate delivery (email code) which didn't arrive. I asked for a refund and they said no as it was less than 48 hrs and they would refund after 48 hrs of no delivery. After 48hrs I requested the refund and they refused saying that the order was being processed (it was an email with a code - which after another 12 hours hasn't arrived). I'm pursuing a refund through my bank. Again, DO NOT use this company. Complete scammers.

Within two days no code
Since the 20th July I have been asking for a refund, still to date no monies have been sent

Paid for 6 months psn premium thought I was getting a bargain but I recieved details through of someone's else's login details so tried it out didn't last 18 days but luckily paid by credit card so got refunded back..

Total scam. You do not own the game and only made aware once purchased and followed the steps to install. Surely this is illegal and infringes on copyrights. Avoid at all costs

Avoid this site at all costs. Consogames.com advertises “instant delivery”, yet my order took over 40 hours to arrive. Instead of a legitimate game licence, I was given a pre-loaded Nintendo account, which was never made clear before purchase.

When I raised these issues, they repeatedly refused a refund, hiding behind their “policy” instead of acknowledging the fact that the product was misrepresented. I never used or activated the account, but they still dismissed my complaint.

This business is misleading, dishonest, and shows zero respect for its customers. I’ve kept full records and will be sharing them with Nintendo, their hosting provider, and consumer protection authorities. Don’t waste your time or money with Consogames.com.

The customer service person was so very helpful and took a lot of time out for my issue, I really appreciated their help
