Something is wrong with delivery schedule
The staff in the office were very helpful and tried to the fix the delivery issue, however our 1 week delivery was delayed 4 or 5 times and took 2 weeks to arrive.

Honestly
Honestly. Absolutely useless since they were taken over. We used to have a good relationship but now they’re just rude and awful service. Took me nearly two weeks to get a refund!

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you have received.
We do have a refund guide of making refund within 10 working days - that's 7 days max to reach a weekly refund run and 3 days to clear into the customers' bank. Typically, refunds will be made much sooner but I unfortunately this isn't always the case.

We ordered online and paid extra for a quick delivery however the delivery was 3 days after the latest delivery was meant to happen and our Rayburn went out and we had to get an engineer to fix the problem. Did Email the company but had no response.

I was not there at time of delivery but…
I was not there at time of delivery but no delivery note or email or other notification was provided so 3 days later i called the office and they told me it had been delivered.

Use another company if you can. Paid for quick delivery for delivery within a week. Had to chase…. still took two weeks! Said we would receive a refund for the delivery …… still waiting!!

The oil was ordered three weeks in…
The oil was ordered three weeks in advance with a specific day given for delivery to be made by. Unfortunately despite the long notice period, I had to contact Consols to establish why the oil was not delivered as indicated, I was told that the oil would be delivered the day following the date originally promised, it just seems difficult to understand that with such a long period in which to deliver why they missed the indicated date
