Great service and polite staff, would have been 5 stars but was late to deliver by a few days

Great service. Friendly staff. Needed small tanker with a couple of days notice and thankfully it happened, even though not promised. Plus, very competitive price. Saved the day. Thanks again.

Delivered on time when they said they would

Received telephone call the day before and the driver actually unlocked the tank for and replaced the key as I have broken my wrist and needed help. I have had this driver many times before and he always helpful and very pleasant.

Generally great customer service a phone call to arrange/ discuss my delivery due to ongoing building work along with a call before delivery. Very helpful and a great price.

I sadly had to bring my 5 star review down to 3 stars as I have since had a reminder to pay from the finance company (even though I already paid via the website on the day I ordered). I can't understand why there aren't better systems in place to stop this from happening. If I ran a business as large as this I would definitely be 100% certain that I would insist that there were clear & immediate communication strategies between both companies; otherwise I wouldn't use a finance company in the first place.

Delivered more quickly than advised when I explained I was having chemo and so in the house all the time and oil was about to run out. Thank you

Delivered on time, clean and tidy, and a good price. With other companies there’s a print out from the delivery showing exactly how much was delivered, but I didn’t get that, so no way of checking the exact amount delivered.
