Have a current issue with the quality…
Have a current issue with the quality of my trainers (they've come apart on the side after less than three months) - I've had one response despite chasing, which was a generic 'send us a photo' despite me attaching several photo's on my email. Chased three times, it's been 23 days since I last had correspondence.
