Faulty item and terrible customer service
Solomon’s broke after less than 6 months - customer service repeatedly ignored/dismissed me. They said they’d raise it with manufacturer and never did. I had to chase multiple times and didn’t receive an apology for the inconvenience. I never usually leave reviews - but this is one to avoid.

Issue with delivery resolved swiftly and with care
My experience with Consortium customer service has been great. I ordered some shoes and I annoyingly missed out part of my address and my item was returned to them. Amber who was dealing with my issue, responded quickly and offered to resend my item (with no extra charge for redelivery). They responded to my every email, and made sure I was kept up to date with the return and delivery.
Their service was excellent and I highly recommend purchasing your items from here, over any bigger conglomerate retailer who wouldn’t do the same.

I bought the Blundstone women’s clogs …
I bought the Blundstone women’s clogs 2421 size 3 and they delivered promptly.
I have had an operation on my back, admittedly nearly 20 years ago. I still need to be careful about my footwear. Blundstone boots are my go-to.
I wanted sandals but super supportive ones so ordered Blundstone mules.
They are even better than the boots in terms of support and comfort. Absolutely outstanding footwear.

The outer packaging for the shoe box…
The outer packaging for the shoe box was poor n easily crushed. So when I received parcel it was crushed and torn open in one corner. Naturally the shoe box was similarly crushed. Luckily the shoes were not damaged. The parcel was probably torn opened either in UK or Malaysia for checking purposes I supposed. I have bought shoes from UK n the parcel arrived fully intact n undamaged. I hope u guys can use a better outer box for delivery purposes.
