This was the first time I used this company to service our boiler. Russell arrived on time, he was very professional and got on with the job immediately. Their prices were very reasonable.
Based on this I will definitely be using company in future.

Consumer Gas are brilliant. They can always be relied on to respond quickly and efficiently. In this case my heating and hot water failed. I spoke to a lovely lady, who organised a very prompt visit from Chris. With no fuss he changed the heat pump and sorted everything out. Highly recommend.

Annual boiler service carried out yesterday. Excellent work done over the last few years. Highly recommended.

Had a new unvented indirect cylinder fitted today. Chris and Paul were fantastic, polite and knowledgeable. Chris came out prior to assess the issue, a quote was provided via email which was quick and easy to accept. Booking the job was again very easy. They were here all day, they didn't stop and ensured the area was clean and tidy after the job was completed. From now on consumer gas will be carrying out my boiler and cylinder service. Thanks again!

It was Russell today and as usual excellent service. Everything from the office onwards always seems to work with no hassle.

Excellent quick service , very knowledgeable engineers they fitted our new boiler and made a few changes so all works efficiently. Have signed up to there service plan .Well recommended team .

I have always had Consumer Gas for servicing of my Gas Boiler. I made appointment which I had to change to another day. no problem. Gas fitter came serviced my Gas Boiler. week later. I also have contract so if I have any problems with the boiler I can contact Consumer Gas. Thank you.

Chris came on Monday and fitted a wireless thermostat. I'm Now able to control temperature in each room.
Work was done efficiently, no mess, and I was given clear instructions on how to use the portable thermostat. I would definitely recommend Consumer Gas

Although the boiler developed a small leak soon after their service they resolved the issue very quickly with no drama. How a company sorts things out when things go wrong is a real measure of their worth and Consumer gas were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We had a small leak on our boiler system. Contacted the company just after 9.00am, engineer called later in the morning, identified the problem and the appropriate parts replaced by lunchtime. Excellent service, thank you.

I’ve been using Consumer Gas for boiler servicing for years without issue, so when my boiler needed replacement they were my first choice. Price quoted was reasonable and the work on the day was done as quickly and fuss free as possible. Would recommended to others looking for boiler servicing in the Telford area.

We have just had a new boiler installed and very pleased with it. We have been using Consumer Gas for nearly 2yrs now when British gas couldn't resolve our problems. They are an excellent trustworthy company avd we wouldn't use anyone else

I have used Consumer Gas since their inception, which says it all really, 25 years of using the same company!
I have just had a new boiler fitted with minimal delay and very little mess, despite having to drill holes etc. (The previous boiler had a five year warranty and they managed to keep it going for almost 13 years.)

Excellent service, booking work easy to do and always updates of bookings with kind reminders.
Engineers turn up when appointments booked and are pleasant and curtious, all issues are discussed and agreed.
