I have to say this was the very best service on a gas boiler I have ever had & I have had more than 20 . Over the years some are in and out that fast you wonder how they had time to write the test readings.
But with Consumer Gas & Russell I felt confident I had a well completed service with fully documented evidence.
Both pictures and documents were supplied and a detailed explanation by Russell.
Will be placing all my gas work with them in the future .

Very pleased with the work Chris at Consumer Gas did today rerouting some pipework. Showed up on time, very professional and very tidy - it's nice to see someone take so much care and pride in their work. He even took away the old pipework and swept the floor!

Had my boiler serviced on the 19/04/2023 as part of my contract always a first class job have been with them now for quite a few years very good set of lads always on time and always shorted out any problems.

Today I was at my elderly mom and dads home. They had Chris there from Consumer Gas servicing their gas fire! I must say how friendly and pleasant Chris was and how efficient and so very thorough in doing the service, it had not been done in a while and it looks and works far better than it did and safety wise I can now feel happy knowing my mom n dad are safe , they now have a carbon monoxide alarm so they will be protected..😚🤲😴😁😁Chris was so informative with my parents and was very considerate to their old age. They don’t come better than this guy. I would highly recommend this local company, it was a pleasure to receive a first class service by a very proficient guy, Well done 👍👍😊……..Deb

Had a new boiler put in by Chris and Paul. They were helpful, friendly and very efficient. Very tidy ,explained everything and did a great job. The office staff also kept us up to date on what was going on, and are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company

We were very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. First the quotation, the options and the discussions. Then on installation day the work was done very efficiently, one engineer working on the boiler in our garage the other working on the electrics, thermostat, WiFi etc in the house. Clear explanations rearding how the new system works. Finally a senior member of the team came for a chat. Great service, would highly recommend. Have had annual cover with Consumer Gas for years and always had swift service for breakdowns.
