I have leased three vehicles through Contract Cars over the last few years and have always been extremely impressed with the service.

The team is consistently professional, efficient, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication is excellent throughout the process, and they always go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Each vehicle has been delivered exactly as promised, on time, and with no hassle. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values customer service and makes the whole leasing experience straightforward and stress-free.

Myron's communication was kept to a minimum, which would have been a straight forward process. My only observations are:
1. The finance paperwork was confusing as it was not all required, however, Myron did clarify what was required and provided a cut down more specific document pack.
2. I also struggled to rewrite a signature that matched my driving licence (written over 7 year ago) and so my first submissions where rejected. There is definitely a need to move to the digital age, hand written signatures is a thing of the past; the irony being that I signed for a vehicle on an Iphone with my finger.
Otherwise it would have been a straight 5 star, regardless Myron is efficient and keeps the communications to what is necessary, which for me works. Overall Very Satisfied

I heard about Contract cars from a colleague who couldn't recommend them enough, i had a look and found their website easy to use to look at the different options. I got in contact with Dan a senior broker who was happy to help find the car i needed and was really helpful with any questions i had. After choosing the car i was put in touch with my account manager Myron Fernandes who kept me updated throughout the delivery process and post delivery of the vehicle.
