Still don't have it. It's been a month and a half...
*Update*: The product came. The quality of the watch strap is high, it fit perfectly, and ultimately I am glad I chose to purchase it. I will leave the previous review below, so people can see that it did take me a bit to recieve it and that it got caught at customs if ordering from the US. I will also let people reading this know that I ordered based on a viral tiktok right before Valentine's day...so it was to be expected that there was a high volume the shop was experiencing a high volume of work for a handcrafted item. Due to this consideration and the quality of product I am moving it up to 4 stars. *Previous Review* I tried to hold out on writing this. I ordered this watch band before Valentine's Day on February 12th. It is now March 27th and I have not recieved product. This is incredibly frustrating and a lesson not to buy things you see on tiktok. I don't know if it's because I'm in the states, or maybe he got a lot of orders, but I don't think there was enough communication. If it doesn't arrive in the next week I'm going to request a refund. That seems more than fair considering I was expecting this well over a month ago.

I know they got overwhelmed with orders but when I ordered it said 5 in stock. Communication could have been better to explain the near 3 week delay as this was a present for a birthday. Product itself first class

**UPDATE** the order should have been delivered 14/02 by no one was in. Was collected on the 19th but Ofcourse no update to the review left.

Charged and Never received order.
Placed an order for custom nikes sept 5th. 2022. The total amount I was charged was 339.99 and still have not received my order 01/25/2023. All the owner has given me is excuses. The number I was given to use as a tracking number is absolutely useless.

Hello Jesse, as I have previously said in the emails, you have tracking Info to see that it’s the mail company that’s taking so long. The tracking is working fine, it says it’s at customs and has been for some time. As I have told you I have put a claim in with Royal Mail and they are investigating. Unfortunately when it’s been sent, that’s all I can do to assist in this matter.

5 weeks - Still no sign of order
16th December - still waiting on a product that was ordered on 12th November.
Online the product stated that the watch strap was ready to ship and would arrive within a few days.
Given that I didn’t need the product until the 10th December/bearing in mind the Royal Mail strikes, I thought that this would be more than enough time to receive the order.
I emailed on the 5th December for an update in regards to the delay and received an email stating the watch strap had been waiting on a delivery for the black hardware (I wasn’t informed of this) and that’s why the shipping had been delayed. I was promised that the product would be shipped the following day using special delivery to ensure it got to me in time. This was shipped two days later just before 5pm using tracked, not special as stated.
Tracking states the item has now been in the same location for 10 days.
RM strikes haven’t helped with this, however when emailing on 14th December to see if I was able to send this product back due to being a birthday present, it comes to no shock that I haven’t heard anything back.

Hello Jazmin, the only products that are ready to ship are the ones listed in the ‘LIMITED’ section of the website. The product your ordered has a normal production time of 10 working days, but due to the high order volume for Black Friday and Christmas, it was explained on the site it would be longer for all orders. An email was sent out on 28/11 explaining that the black clasps were delayed (due to Royal Mail strikes). I would check spam folder if you can’t immediately see that email.
Our cut off for Christmas orders was Nov 15th and you ordered Nov 12th right along the cut off. So it would be expected the item would arrive just before Christmas. I am very sad to hear it you still haven’t received the product as it was sent 08/12 (with complimentary upgraded postage) so it should have arrived. I do apologise that it wasn’t fully upgraded to special, but it was upgraded to first class signed for which usually delivers next day. This was my mistake. Hundreds of products were handmade by myself and sent out during December and I did in this instance forget. So again I am sorry for that. You do mention the strikes so I can see you are aware of the major backlogging of parcels Royal Mail are sorting through. Unfortunately yours and some other customers have received major delays and sometimes even lost parcels which I apologise for on behalf of RM. I understand that it can be frustrating (believe me) as I have to investigate and put claim forms in to Royal Mail every time this has happens which has unfortunately increased during Christmas due to the strikes
As I explained to you, I have put a claim in with Royal Mail to either find and delivery the parcel or if they deem it as lost, I would happily refund you.

Hi Eric, your order has already been shipped and you should of received tracking via email a long time ago. As everything is made to order and the production time increased due to a much higher order volume For Christmas orders it may take a little longer for items to go out. This is clearly explained on the website. You are also ordering from the US which is currently taking longer to move as the UKs main postal service has been striking heavily. I’m sorry you don’t feel as if things are moving quick enough, but the production times are explained on the website and the delivery speed is out of our control.
