The absolute worst customer service…

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!!! I found these website around Christmas time last year just browsing and shopping for my grandsons. I came across cookies and was super excited to have found this place that sells reasonably discounted items for quality base clothing. My initial thought was wow! This can't be real but ordered anyway. I figured I would just spend about $130 something bucks just in case it was a scam site and wouldn't have too much of a loss because I've been scammed in the past. Well to my surprise, site was legit and was even able to get my items to me after I paid expedited shipping after ordering just days before Christmas. I was stoked! Well.....after my grandson opened his gift we realized I picked the wrong size and he had a sudden growth spurt because just looking you could tell items were entirely too small, so I requested a return label. They sent me a label that I had to pay for to exchange items simply for a credit to store only to be told I wouldn't receive credit for an outfit because I forgot to send shirt. Completely understandable, so I offered to ship shirt, only for them to tell me pants had a smell and had been worn which was a complete lie!! They stated I was ineligible to return items and they could only ship pants back to me at my cost. I then requested a full refund for other items I had initially requested a store credit for because at this point the customer service was so horrible, why would I want to spend my money here. They then proceed to tell me I have no other choice and don't qualify for my money back now forcing me to reorder from them!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! I work hard to provide for my family and to have spent a decent amount, I should have been accommodated prompting me to want to continue business with this place. They lost a great customer!! I love to spend big money on my grand kids and they have no idea. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Try Cookieskids...not!

Well, first of all, I am from Bermuda, and someone in Bermuda told me to order from CookiesKids.com. I decided to without looking at the reviews first. They seemed genuine to the fact that I was about to order and when I did, it took my card for $130 then they put my order on hold for a verification from the nofraud.com company, why because I am ordering outside the US which is not fair because I am not having any issues elsewhere. They are not communicating enough to tell me about the order and ignoring me; therefore, I don't know if they are fraudulent because they didn't communicate how and why I didn't receive my order. I am not impressed at all. I will be closing my account, and they had nice things.

My new go to website!

I was skeptical to order from here, after reading reviews posted online. I took a chance any way and I’m glad I did. I placed my order on Tuesday May 13th and received it that Saturday, the 17th. I paid for the $22 3 day shipping. I received everything I ordered and was highly satisfied. I’m posting this review, because the few good ones I read are what convinced me to go ahead and give it a try. Hopefully everyone will have the same experience as me. I will definitely be shopping again.

Ordered to pair of khaki supposed to be…

Ordered to pair of khaki supposed to be uniform pants in 16 slim, they were above his ankles and way to big in the waist although they had the adjustable waist which I had to put each side into the 9th notch....I will try and donate them rather than go through the hassle of sending them back. I also ordered two pairs of navy blue pants in a 16 which seemed to be really wide legs instead of straight legs and they was also to big... I'm thankful that that's all I took a chance on buying being my first time and what surely will be my last time....

Excellent experience

Listen, it was my first time ordering from their website and I was a bit skeptical due to some of the negative reviews here. I spent over $300 on clothes for my children this Christmas and everything arrived on time. Complete sets, correct sizing and customer service followed up in a timely manner. I also paid for the fastest shipping and got as advertised. Granted, I'm only a few states away. All of the clothes were new. They were well packaged and everything went smoothly. I'll be purchasing more from them in the future. I literally had my camera out recording in case and was pleasantly surprised.

Don’t pay for any Express shipping…

Don’t pay for any Express shipping because they never show up on time and they won’t reimburse you for the extra money you paid and didn’t receive the service either. Their customer service is the worst, they never get any issue resolved and never have any solution. I’ll never buy from this store gain and I would never recommend them to anyone!

I placed an order with a $100 gift card, my order totaled $100.44, I used my debit for the 44 cents, everything was fine, 2 days later my debit had an attempted charge for $10.39, I was sent an email to call customer service, which I was going to call anyways about the unauthorized charge, I asked the representative why is there an unauthorized charge on my debit? She says 2 of the items were out of stock, ok so y the charge if anything I should be getting refunded for the unavailable items, she said I didn't have enough funds, so I'm confused because I added the $100 gift card to the online account, then she tells me do I want the 2 items that's out of stock, I say why would I If ur saying they r not in stock, anyways what's going on with this unauthorized charge, she doesn't answer me that question, just ask if I want the item because they came back in shock but they just went back out of stock, made no sense And avoided my question on the unauthorized charge! I said just cancel the entire order and put the $100 back onto the gift card, she said we can't do that, we can only credit the account online for the $100, insaid ok fine, 5 days later and I have 0 credit on my online account and 0 on the gift card, so basically they robbed Me blindly for the $100 gift card and also tried to charge my debit without authorization, I asked her to please take my debit off of their system, she said ok, I check 5 days later and my card is still on file with them. They do not even let you speak with a supervisor, this company is trash and The only reason I had to order from cookieskids.com was because my child's school has a contract with them and that's the only company I can purchase her uniform from. Highway robbery at its finest and also I have all the proof to prove the attempted unauthorized charge and the 0 on the gift card and the credit on the cookieskids account online!

Worse company to deal with

Worse company to deal with, I never received the items that I ordered for my grandson and I ordered thru Walmart this company was a third party that sells thru Walmart. All they did was give me a run around for weeks and never got my refund or a store credit, then I went in BBB and they found out they are a fraud company and stole my money and gave me no items I ordered from them. I have reported them thru to Walmart and let Walmart know because if this they lost a customer also if they are going to use stores like this.

Never again! Waste of time!

Update: I did this review in April and they are just now responding to me in November. 7 months to respond is ridiculous. That alone shows how bad their customer service is.
Also, I forgot to mention that after you place an order they all of sudden don't have half of the items in stock so they retract the discount they gave you for reaching a certain monetary threshold to get the discount to begin with. So you end up paying more for the items that are actually in stock that they do send to you. Shady practices, bad customer service and all around a horrible experience.

We ordered several things for our three kids. Alot of the stuff we ordered came in as the wrong size. Then almost half the items we ordered came back as no longer in stock after waiting a couple weeks. When I received other items but some were missing the invoice would say they were no longer in stock. So I waited for nothing. Some things took weeks to get in. Even after giving 6 weeks in advance to get the stuff we barely got it in time. I will never order from them again. They need to get someone to do inventory control and update their website as they go.

Company refused to replace shattered glass bottles

Had put some glass bottles on my baby registry, bottles arrived with no padding, shattered glass everywhere and when I tried to return them, they refused to send a replacement. They would only refund the person who bought them for us. How incredibly tacky to tell a family friend to wait and watch for a refund and then repurchase a gift for you. Especially when, it was their negligence that send glass bottles in a box without any padding. Do not put their items on your registry to save yourself the trouble. Not worth it. Customer service was very unwilling to make it right.

I ordered avent baby bottles from this site they advertised the original version of bottles but sent the newer version. My baby can not get milk out of these new version bottles

I love all the clothes I purchased the only issue I have this is the only online store that considered free shipping a promotional so if you have an discount you cannot get it with free shipping. Also the shipping is expensive at $9.95
