I've been a Cookies Kids customer for quite some time. I am very satisfied with my last order. My kids like the destroyed denim jeans and they are quite pricey. I found them on Cookies Kids for a very reasonable price. My order arrived right and time and was well packaged. The quality of the jeans is awesome. I will definitely be purchasing from Cookies Kids in the future.

They sent me an adult size 7 shoe when I ordered a size 7 toddler (HORRIBLE MISTAKE) but wait there’s more they didn’t even make it up to me they asked me to return the shoe & I used a freight forwarder so I couldn’t. Did not offer me not even a partial refund this shoe is no good to me or my toddler. Do not order from this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!

I didn’t like the when I place my last order the coupon you offered appeared to be misleading. I didn’t quite get the representative’s explanation. I placed the order anyway.

I was very happy with the ease of online ordering. Very pleased with the selection of shoes in my size, the quality of the shoes was surprising for the price. My ordered arrived quickly, one pair was too small and I had no trouble with the return process, customer service was great. I will be purchasing more from this site.

I ordered a size 20 Husky and received a size 20. I received the order on a Wednesday and needed it for that upcoming Sunday. I was told I could not receive the correct size that I ordered until the wrong size has been returned and processed. At that time, they will send the size that I initially ordered, which would not get to me by Sunday.

I love cookies kids and my family has ordered from them since I was a kid. I accidentally ordered a wrong size. When I called the lady I spoke to was very rude. She didn’t want to do help me fix the problem she just wanted to get off the phone. I understand sometimes things can’t be changed but I took all the necessary steps including trying to call right after I hit order and realized. I am dyslexic and so sometimes it is hard for me to see the numbers. I just wanted to fix it so my daughter had clothes to wear. No one was helpful for me or really cared for my issue.

Hi, I loved all the pieces of clothing I had ordered for my grandchildren. However, 3 pieces didn't fit my granddaughter and I am returning them. It was difficult for me to get where I needed to go for returns. It kept bouncing me to my account that I gave up and just emailed you guys about my problem. Hopefully, I get an answer today. 1. My check out price was lower than what was taken from my card. When I checked out it showed as $82.09 and I also got an receipt with this amount, then the next day I got another invoice stating $87.14.. I reached out to customer service and they said that it's most likely an IT glitch smh. That's the second time this happens to me, over a year ago was the first time, so since then this IT glitch still isn't fixed?? Wow.. Won't be ordering here anymore.

2. One tie that came with the shirt has already malfunctioned after just a few hours use.. I haven't used the others as yet so I don't know how well they will hold up but I do pray that they do.
