Waiting three months for my kids clothes and still not aloud to get a refund

We received some bottles at our baby shower and tried them out as soon as the baby was born. The bottles were leaking and useless. CookiesKids would not let us return them (or exchange for store credit) as it was outside the 30-day window. They had no understanding of the fact that they were a baby shower gift and that the baby was born more than 30 days after we received the bottles.

Since i started purchasing from this store...i never had a bad experience

I love products Everything i ordered exactly like you see on the pictures and correct sizes. Love to buy from Cookieskids.com for my grandchildren (12, 6 and 2 years old) and they always happy.

The prices are very affordable for the brands and the quality of Jean pants are great.. some the shirts however, are easily stretched in the washer

I love that I can find loose fitting pjs and snow pants and coats on Cookie's Kids for great prices and good quality.

My payment was repeatedly denied despite giving the bank permission to fulfill the order. Cookies tried repeatedly, as I repeatedly informed them, to make the order.

In the end it had to be cancelled.

I brought the jacket and it's peeling and I haven't even washed it. Very disappointed
