I'm a mom of 4 so finding time to go out and buy clothes for my kids is hard. I live in a remote area with very few places to buy kids clothes. I found cookies kids and was so glad to find name brand clothes at a discount price. Everything has come on time and as expected. I've placed several orders and me and my kids couldn't be happier.

Cookies pretends to have a Customer Service department, but that is a joke. Do not expect any customer service from here. No replies, no help with issues
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you the wrong items and incompleted sets. Then once you return the items they will NOT refund you even after they confirm they have your return. It's been over 60 days since I returned me items and still NO REFUND. Their excuse, "our return team is very busy". They are THEIVES. Customer service is horrible.

In September of 2021, I ordered some items of clothing for my boys to wear to school. I received an email stating that the package has been delivered and I go to look outside and of course nothing was there. So I decided to wait another day because FedEx has done this before by saying the package is delivered when it’s not. On the next day , still no package. So I filed a claim and also contacted cookies kids. The following day, a Fedex driver knocked on my door and asked if I have received my package and of course I haven’t. He stated he wasn’t the driver and don’t know who the driver was or where the package was delivered to. So I’m thinking that’s odd never ha s that happened before. So a week later I contacted Fedex and spoke with customer service and was informed that my claim was denied. At this moment, I’m upset and no one could explain to me why it was denied. I refiled a claim 3 times because it kept getting denied for some odd reason. I was going back and forth with Fedex and Cookies Kids with nothing being resolved. It’s now 01/13/2022 and I haven’t received a refund or any replacement for the items I had purchased. I have been a loyal customer of them since 2015 and this is the worst customer service I have dealt with. Why do I have to go through this when it’s the Fedex driver fault. Cookies Kids didn’t seem to care and I would never shop with them again.

This is the most horrible unprofessional scandalous business. First off I would like to say I order 4 outfits top and bottom and I only got 3 tops and 2 bottoms and a superior says for the rest of my items it would be a review of 14days for the rest of my items I would never order again. And for future shopper please take heed to all these bad reviews bc they are real experiences.

I would give zero if I could. I spent $147. $10 for shipping. 2 weeks out, NOTHING. When I called customer service, they informed me they could only read tracking information to me. I CAN DO THAT!!! This is a worthless scam. I should've read all the horrible reviews. I shop A LOT. NEVER from this sorry "business" again. SMH in disgust

I have been ordering clothing for 9 years and have always loved the quality. My granddaughter has grown up (she is 9 now) now she helps me pick out her clothing.
I bought an item from cookies kids through Walmart.com. Item says “returnable to store”. I even called Walmart.com to double check this fact before returning it. When I finally received my overpriced item in the mail over a month late, I tried to return to store but the employees at Walmart said cookies kids was blocking the return. I called the company and they said I had to pay return shipping to send it back. Even though it was their fault for claiming on the Walmart listing that it was returnable to store. And the item still says that on Walmart.com. Very Deceiving!!! I fought with them over the phone and they would not give me the customer service that was appropriate in this situation given it was their fault. Walmart refunded me and said they’d be contacting them to let them know they cannot charge customers return shipping. I hope they follow through.
I am a 75 year old grandmother taking care of my grandson. I live on Social Security and verily get by. I ordered my 16 month old grandson 5 pairs of pajamas for winter. They arrived and I washed and dried them as per instructions. They shrank so bad he cannot even put them on. Customer service said there are no returns on washed items. I am now out the money and the pajamas for my grandson. Never order from this place.

WE PAID FOR 3 days delivery , after a week they were lying that FEDEX already got my package, but by Fedex system only label has been created , they did not get a package even after a week, but after 10 days FEDEX SAID that package was delivered, but physically package has not been delivered, but then they said, that package were shipped in time (august 30, but another cookies-kids agent said, that fedex got
Package after few days, not after week) but order was made on august 23rd.
I created a claim since we did not receive a package and after a month they closed the case , and denied refund. And more over they did not call me, they did not send me an email, nothing, they just internally decided.
So, now, you know what will be if fedex lost your package, this organization does not give a f$@& about it.

At 10:08am, I paid $24.95 for 2 day shipping. I was only ordering 4 ties, for $22.08.
On day 2, I called to inquire as to why my product was not showing shipped yet. Customer service voluntarily said, “we shipped it out today, if you don’t receive it by Sunday night, request your shipping payment to be reimbursed.”
I couldn’t get anyone on the phone on Monday, so I emailed customer service, requesting to be reimbursed my 2 day shipping fee. I was denied. I emailed again, with a screenshot of their own written policy stating that if you order before 11am, your order would be shipped out that day. I was denied, again.
I received PART of my order on day 7.
