I have a rating of 1 star because there isn’t an option for ZERO stars. . . I purchased the v-neck jumper (dress). After a single wash on the the delacate cycle in cold water, the jumper unraveled! I called customer service and they told me that I could not exchange (and didn’t even offer a discount on my next purchase is I chose to reorder). Their reasons were 1) it had been worn with tag attached and 2) the label says gentle cycle in warm water (the jumper is hunter green by the way). They in no way stand behind their own products so parents beware unless you don’t plan on washing the garments or have the money to buy new uniforms after a single wear.

My whole family has ordered numerous items on this site! This last order was a disaster! I ordered clothes with a promo code, but the size was wrong. They have an exchange, but never explained that when they send you the new item it will be at an increased price and will charge shipping! When they processed the exchange they had the same promo code offered during that time frame, but never asked if I was willing to pay the higher price for 6 items which was substantially higher priced. On top of that they didn’t even use the free shipping code! I had returned 7 items and they could only exchange 6 of them due to size which was perfectly understandable except I wound up still owing money in the end! I contacted them first by phone then with a supervisor chat! I suggested they put something on the site explaining it was more beneficial to ask for store credit and repurchase to use promo codes. When I exchange in a department store for size, I don’t pay the higher price! On top of that, one of the items which was a 3 pc set had 2 different size shirts! I was told they would have to check the warehouse before giving me the original price, they lost my entire families business over shipping charge and overpricing on at least that one item for about $10! I paid more for 6 items to exchange than I paid for the original 7 items I ordered. Not a wise business decision! Terrible, rude customer service! With this business…….they take the approach that the customer is never right! Poor business practices!

So far I've had great service from this company. I've been ordering from them since about 2010
Their partnership with NoFraud makes it very difficult to place orders internationally and is a complete waste of time! Even after sending in national identification, they still refused to approve the order. Their customer service is also extremely poor.

Cookieskids is good for low prices, but it shows in their customer service and resolution of issues with orders.
One shopping experience was more than enough for me, and I am glad to never shop there again.

The worse website for many reasons
They never sent the tracking number and I don’t receive may order through 35 days until now .
And they treat with worst shipping company on my country ( Saudi post SPL) they sent my package in wrong distinction and the return it to US!
I tried thousands time to find solutions but I cant

This was my first time ordering from Cookies kids and for the most part I'm well satisfied, as everything came in the package as ordered, except that the pants to an outfit was smaller than the top. Otherwise, everything came in just a few days and my daughter loves it. Spent almost $300 in stuff for my lady bug and she loves everything I bought. Thank you. 🙂
The customer service provided by this company is horrible and I will not encourage anyone to purchase from site. I purchased some items for my daughter. I did not recieve a tracking number nor do I know where the items I ordered are after three weeks. I reached out to the company by way of phone calls and emails and still no response. At least let me know where the products I bought are. Or should I take it that I was scammed.

I've returned 2 coats that I ordered for my 2 kids because they did not like them. According to USPS tracking information, Cookieskids received the return on January19. Today is February 2 and I'm still waiting for them to refund my account. Their website says that they refund takes between 3 to 5 business days after they receive the returned items. I called about 4 times and every time I hear different excuses "we are still working on issuing your refund, the process is taking longer than usual, or we need to verify with our warehouse that they have received the returned items!!!!!!" I really need the money to buy my kids different coats. They really need to understand that people are going through a lot these days and some people can't afford to wait that long to get their money back.

I used to buy clothing from cookies kids frequently about 9 years ago for my grandson until I received a defective item. Being in Canada, they would not have anything to do with me and I was told, sorry! Since then, I have not purchased any more items.
I thought perhaps I would try again and that maybe the company improved their corporate civics. This past week they had a number of sales and although international, I was going to order. However, before I place an order, I pause and wait a day or two. When I did this, the international shipping rate quadrupled and you either get free shipping or the discount.
The discount would have been fair with the initial shipping. Obviously, someone monitors this and definitely does not value international customers.

so, this is not really a review as i never ordered, but i will be ordering, because all the negative comments are about missing items found, after opening package and the company needing proof.
so what you need to do is this : WHEN YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE, TAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING IT. that way there is proof of what you actually found in the package. ☺☺

I bought something for my granddaughter. She opened it at Xmas. It was the first time the bag was ever opened, and I noticed an outfit missing. My granddaughter was disappointed but I thought I would get a refund and buy her it again. But no!!!! I have been emailing, chatting, calling them only to be ignored. Then after 10 emails they told me they would not even listen to me cause I threw the bag away.! I still am fighting for my refund. I even found the bag and they told me they put into investigation with the carrier?!! That doesn’t make sense. I got the bag, it was fine. They forgot to put an item in there! One person even called me a lair. Saying she KNOWS it was in there! Not one person has listened to me. And after days, I’m still fighting for a $6.99 refund! DO NOT BUY from them

Don't buy here! If you are missing any item(s) they will take you to no end to correct the matter! They want the customer to do unnecessary things like take pictures of the items they received and the labels. Something that's seemingly THEIR fault, they make the customer out to be a liar. Horrible upon horrible again! Received my order yesterday and it was missing 1 item. They wanted me to send pictures of my order, the box plus the label. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! Plus, they think the customers are liars since they fail to make it right. My last order included items I never ordered that someone working there put in the box and I was honest and returned ALL items back.
Now, for 1 missing item, I have to prove to them that what I ordered was missing. If I was sneaky, I could have kept all the clothes they sent me that I NEVER ORDERED that the packer put into my shipment so why lie about 1 item that cost probably near $130 less than the mistake they sent me? So odd!
If they don't rectify this situation I will be filing a dispute with my bank because they aren't going to keep my money for something I never received!!!!! Even though I've placed multiple orders here over the years, my business is best valued with other companies that can own up to their mistakes instead of making the customer out to be a liar!! I will never order from this company again and my money better be refunded within 1 week!!!!!!
