An absolute gem of a company to deal with. We put our home on the market in January 2022. Mark Corley visited us, took all the details, produced a 1st class video of our home with quality photographs and due to excellent marketing, we had 1 day of viewing and a sale on the same day.
Since that day the service and communication from Mark and Helen at Corey's could not have been better. We received regular updates as to what was going on within our chain, and whenever we had any queries or uncertainty, all it took was a phone call and we were spoken to in a reassuring, positive manner which really did put our mind at rest.
Mark Corley makes himself available at the end of a phone from 8am to 8pm every day, something that is unheard of within other agencies and not only is he prepared to advise on your property, he gave me valuable advice on procedures and protocol in moving home.
If I could give this company a 10 star rating it wouldn't be too much.

I have just bought my house from Mark Corley. It has been a stressful experience, due entirely to the solicitors, mortgage broker and bank. Mark Corley has been the only positive experience in the whole thing. He has answered every call/text/email efficiently and promptly, offering excellent advice and support. He knew exactly what to do when it looked like our purchase would fall through due to a bank error and completely saved the day. The vendor was extremely lucky to have engaged such an excellent estate agent. If I ever get over the trauma of dealing with solicitors and banks and decide to sell in the future, I will 100% be contacting Mark Corley

Very satisfied with the service. I was selling a property remotely so it was important the estate agent service was effective and low-maintenance. Mark certainly provided this. He was always professional in his approach and his communciations were effective and responsive. His initial guidance on the market and the expected selling price for my property proved very accurate and the viewings, offer-management and sale all happened smoothly and quickly.

He doesn't aim to be the cheapest agent in the Leicester area (and not the most expensive) but seeks to offer a higher level of service than the main population of estate agents. I feel I received this and I would certainly recommend him.

I found the whole experience of selling the property was stress free. The property was valued at the market pricepoint and the fees were very competive.
From the very professional video tour of the property, keeping us informed of comments from potential buyers.
Finally, keeping us updated of the buyer and on track for a successful completion in a timely manor.

I’ve used Corley Estates Agents for a number of years through renting and selling 2 houses.

I tried them as I was fed up with using certain high street agents whom I simply couldn’t trust (buyers incentive scheme comes to mind).

Thankfully I had no such issues with Corley’s, Mark always did always angle to get me a good price for my houses rather than accept anything and Helen always kept me updated with what was going on.

It’s worth mentioning also that during times where buyers have tried to negotiate the price Corley’s have stood their ground in trying to get what you think your house is worth.

I wish them both the best going forward and would recommend to anyone.

Mark sold our house for us as we moved overseas in a complicated move with lots of challenges, but the assistance and service we got from Mark with every step and eventuality was hugely impressive and much appreciated.
