Great service from start to completion. The standout for Corleys is that you can speak to one of the team in person easily and all day and over the weekend. Very thorough and good communication throughout we couldn’t have been more pleased.

When we decided to sell our home we invited a number of estate agents, Mark was miles ahead of the others and we new we would get total commitment to sell our property. Although a smaller an independent Estate agent ,the service and professionalism was excellent, not surprisingly our house sold relatively quickly and the attention to detail shown by Corleys made the process painless.

Great service provided by Corley Estates whom we purchased our property from. Mark Corley went above and beyond to facilaite the process and to help alleviate stress levels for all involved fantastic service with a personal touch.

Unable to get through to them on the telephone.
They say lines are open until 8:00pm on the website, but I certainly can't get through to them for the 4th time of trying today.
Update:
I did in the end contact the Agents via email and they did call me back. Nice (but as you should expect).
Mark who I spoke to (and who read my review above) did apologise for my not getting through to them on my earlier calls, and mentioned that his staff were all busy / on calls hence the issue I found.
He did say if I had left a message they would have called back.
Yes fair point, but I was hoping to speak to someone when I was free and at a time of my choosing.
Anyway, all's well that ends well.

I sold my father's bungalow with Corley Estate Agents and I would recommend them very highly. Mark and Helen clearly know their stuff and were efficient, professional & helpful at all time. Most of all though they fulfilled their promise of ensuring that the service they provided was tailored to my requirement. A top class estate agent.

My experience with Corley Estate Agents was wonderful. Helen is so helpful and can’t do enough to aid in the process of buying (and or selling I imagine). Whilst my property purchase had various delays, Corley’s kept me regularly informed and reassured. Both Helen and Mark were a pleasure to contact with any concerns or enquiries.

I purchased my house through Corley's and found them very professional and easy to deal with. I had my offer accepted within 24 hours and arranged a second visit to the property with my convenience.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to use their service as the vendor of the property I purchased also had good words to say about them.
The reason for the 4* and not 5* is for the lack of finishing touch. Property buying is a big purchase and it's one that you don't do it very often. Therefore it needs to be made feel special for the person purchasing the property. I work in a motor industry, in our dealership when someone purchases a vehicle, we often make special arrangement when they come to collect their new vehicle, give them small gifts or flowers. Any of these small touches make such a big difference to a customer.

We sold our house late last year with Corleys , and I would recommend them to anyone . Mark and Helen were efficient ( always answering the phone and getting back to you with information) , helpful ( able to answer all our queries and questions with the knowledge of the local housing market ) and professional. We managed to sell for above what we expected and it was sold within 48 hours . Helen was fantastic in liaising with other estate agents and solicitors within the chain , and subsequently we managed to exchange in under 11 weeks . Top class service .
