No hard sell. Friendly service and quick process

Neil was so helpful during my visit and I purchased my car same day

We arrived at Corner Park Garage having seen a car advertised which we were interested in. Craig located the car for us and handed us the key, he then left us to look the car over ourselves. There was no pressure, just helpful responses to any questions which we had.
We decided that we wanted to proceed with buying the car and after completing some paperwork and leaving a deposit we arranged to collect the car two days later.
When we returned to complete the purchase there was a problem because we were making payment from an overseas account and the payment hadn’t gone through. We agreed to wait for the payment to be made and accepted the offer to deliver the car to us a couple of days later. This was done and we were delighted to receive the vehicle on the agreed date.
Corner Park Garage couldn’t have been more helpful, the delay in getting the payment through was totally on us but regardless of that they delivered the car to us which involved over an hour’s round trip and at no cost to ourselves.
Everyone involved in the process was friendly and helpful, the staff went out of their way to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new second hand car.

Purchased a lovely van/minibus. Price was good for the vehicle and having it delivered as the garage is over 350 miles from my location helped though this wasn’t cheap.
Things that went well: I now have a superb van.
Things that didn’t/ haven’t gone well:
1)The delivery was initially started on a low loader (which was good as it wouldn’t have added the mileage to the vehicle)
Having been tugged for overweight vehicle (should have been a bigger low loader) then drove it to my delivery address.
2) The advertisement on the company website stated it had two remote keys. (Using their own downloaded pdf) Only one key arrived with the vehicle and when I enquired to the spare, was initially told that this information I had seen would have been on an auto trader type site with generic advert information. A high level lie. When I sent a copy of the information showing it was from their own website, was then promised some money as an ‘in kind’ offer towards a new one as there was no spare key and I’ve had to purchase one myself for over £400.
Having asked on many occasions about this payment (not expecting them to pay for all of it, I’m not greedy just a contribution) I’ve now been ignored when I mention it.
Purchased in February, it’s now May. I’m not going to hold my breath.
3) vehicle had a rear light out on the website advertisement photos.
Had a “vehicle checked by corner garage” sticker inside the cab. Still had the same rear light out (which I had to replace before I had it MOT’d (something else which wasn’t mentioned in the advert.)

Evidently me receiving oodles of emails asking to review them, I held off for now to give them the chance to rectify and benefit of the doubt but having been ghosted regarding the key, decision was made.

Could have been a lot worse. But I don’t like being lied to.

Kudos to Kim for going out of his way to ensure a copy of my warranty documents did actually arrive in my inbox. Would have been 1 star without that 😂

I bought a Citroen c2 puretech in January this year. Been great until the last few days only to find out that the wet belt is causing issues with the car. I can’t afford to repair this. Looking at the lifetime warranty this isn’t covered with is crazy. Car is now stationary until I can get the money to repair. I have emailed a few times but no reply. I will be calling again tomorrow as couldn’t get a response today

Sorted finance through an outside company, corner park were great in keeping me up date on the finance application and how long to wait before expecting the veichle. Neil was fab throughout and very professional with getting things over the line. I would recommend anyone to cornerpark based on the experience and thanks to Neil and the team at corner park for the way you handled me as a customer.

No pressure off any salesman everything explained clearly and easy to understand and always kept touch while sorting out the finance agreement very happy and would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car

Nice experience

I visited the showroom whilst on holiday in Wales and saw the car I liked. On returning home I reserved the car and waited for a AA inspection. The garage kept my car for a number if weeks while this happened. Following purchase the car delivered my car to my home some 162 miles away. Very friend helpful staff. Hats off to you for your excellent service.

Abysmal communication and customer service.

Efficient and customer focussed

Rejected car due to multiple issues. Not a good experience getting to the point where we returned the vehicle. Tonight went to drop the V5 to Corner Park Swansea after checking the opening times online (Wed 09:00 - 19:00), only to find them shut by 18:30.
9th email (all unanswered by Terry) on its way.
Do yourself a favour Terry and just answer us. Perhaps we could get that V5 to you then!

Would highly recommend the guys at corner park Swansea nothing was too much trouble felt at ease from start to finish had my car for 2 days now and I love it so many thanks again

Friendly staff and very patient when faced with a bank not wanting to release funds.
Drove away with a lovely BMW.

Once the purchase is made, they really don't want to know....don't get a life time warranty, I did and they questioned whether a faulty sensor could be replaced....the third sensor to fail in under a year
