VERY UNPROFFESSIONABLE
This is a very negative view of this company
we never made it to Creek House Feock because of it
We have 3 emails from them that conflict themselves
in their detail re discounts and length of stay
We asaked for a discount for a single occupancy which was forthcoming but having said twice a week was the minimum stay they offered 5 days gave us a price and then we rang up to pay they asked twice whether we were only a twosome ---on the booking form we said we had two dogs and when the question was asked again is it just for two people we said yes and our two dogs. They said are we gave you the rate price which didnt include the dogs but when i said it was on the booking form they said we quoted you the rate price--it was something like dealing with the HMRC
How is it possible for an apparently successful company to have such disregard for emails sent and changed ---In life I have discovered where there is zero flexibility from someone not admitting their error its time to move on

You contacted us regarding a week-long stay in September/October and requested an under-occupancy discount, which we explained is not offered at this property. You then referred to a 25% last-minute discount that applied to specific summer dates, which we confirmed was still available, however, this offer did not apply to the future dates you were enquiring about.
As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered an alternative five-night stay later in September with a £200 discount, based on the standard tariff. When you advised that you would be bringing two dogs, we explained the additional charge of £30 per dog, as outlined in our terms and conditions on our website.
Throughout our correspondence, we aimed to be transparent, helpful, and consistent with our policies. While we’re sorry we couldn’t offer the discount you were hoping for on your preferred dates, we did our best to provide suitable options.
We’re sorry you chose not to stay with us on this occasion and wish you well with your future holiday plans.
