Probably the best model boat online outlet in UK
I live in Thailand and have bought a number of items from CMB, including kits. When there have been problems with non-arrival of goods in Thailand by post, they have replaced them immediately. Although we usually agreed to send by courier, which means more cost, but arrival is almost guaranteed.
I have rang them a few times and found them to be exceptionally helpful and straight forward. The person who gave the poor review surprises me. CMB do not make the kits, they sell them and are not necessarily responsible for the kit contents, but do need to resolve the issue, possibly by taking the kit back. His experience is not mine. I will continue to use them because they are reliable and flexible with problems.

Poor service
Bought a model kit from this company and found contents to be not as described as well as parts missing or the wrong size for the scale. First email complaint left unresolved with lame excuse and second email ignored.
Will never buy from them again.
