Great service from Mike Taylor he was fantastic from start to finish.

Having not dealt with Cort before I was wary but my mind was immediately put a ease when speaking to Mike who was highly knowledgeable and thorough going through my requirements from start to finish. I proceeded to order and made the payment and my new truck was delivered in less than 10 days! When everybody is struggling for stock Mike came up trumps! Thank you for a pleasurable buying experience with fantastic follow up I might add!

Contacted Cort Vehicle Contracts and indicated the specs of the new car I wanted. Niel was very helpful, assisting me to narrow down the choices. He talked through the pro’s and con’s of the options so I could make an informed choice based on my needs. After paying a deposit to secure the purchase I waited only 7 weeks before my new car was delivered to my front door.
Obviously I was a little nervous paying out for a new car over the internet to people that I had never met.
Niel asked for a set of steps to be undertaken before the transfer of the full payment. This totally reassured me and the full payment was made.

Received a great service from Mike at QVC. I found him to be friendly and helpful. He kept in touch with me with regular progress reports. We experienced a couple of delays (but with the year that 2021 has delivered that's understandable and acceptable) I work away and had to leave home, but through the wonder of WhatsApp we kept in touch and the delivery was all arranged. The date came and as promised my new van was delivered without issue. I found Mike to be down to earth, honest, helpful and a pleasure to talk to and do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and all at CVC and will go out of my way to do so.

Steve was helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning. We purchased a Skoda Octavia through Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd and of course, were slightly dubious as to how genuine this company was, as they were offering a good discount on the car compared to the dealership. So we researched, questioned and then committed to trusting Steve.
All the way through the process Steve was honest and upfront - when our car was going to be delayed in production Steve made us aware of the potential 2 month delay (due to Covid/brexit issues) to our expected timeframe and offered us the opportunity to get a refund on our deposit (which was £500). We decided to proceed and were kept up to date with all progress, which turned out to be a month earlier than forecast. Full payment was required two days before delivery, this was simple. For anyone with concerns of purchasing online, I would suggest you look at Section 75 law - as this will also give you some piece of mind.
The car was delivered today, exactly as expected and on the back of a transporter. So we are very happy! Thank you!!

We can highly recommend Cort Vehicles and Mike especially who sourced our van at great cost savings and was delivered when advised. Was a bit scary handing over large sum of money but a quick trip to their offices allayed our concerns. If we ever need a new van Cort will be our first port of call.

It is also the first time I have ever had to transfer three times the cost of my first home to a person I have never met for a car I have not yet seen. I had been lied to and messed about by another van company for 6 weeks and when I started chasing them as van was due for delivery they admitted it hadn’t even been built.Mike found me make and model I wanted,secured it and delivered it all within 7 days. I was a little nervous about buying a new car in this way but everything went like clockwork. The person I dealt with was helpful, friendly and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble The new car was registered and then delivered on the agreed dates and my part exchange taken away. I'm an experienced online buyer of small goods but the concept of buying a new car online was daunting - 'what if...' scenarios of all types went through my head. And then there's the idea that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Yes, I was sceptical. Well, this certainly seems to be the exception to the rule.
I was really surprised when Steve contacted me the morning after I'd enquired about a new Toyota Corolla Tourer via discounted-new-cars.com the evening before. He was pleasant, courteous and answered all of my questions, as we talked through the process, and confirmed the substantially discounted price - almost 20% on the showroom price! He even said that they'd take my old car as trade in, sight unseen.
After making a few more enquiries (including checkout of Cort at Companies House), we decided to give it a go. We paid the deposit via credit card - another tick in the box, as Cort must have been cleared through the credit card company 'know your customer' process, and not a scam! Throughout the entire process, Steve kept us completely informed regarding progress. We paid a small token payment by direct bank transfer to validate that details were correct before full payment was due, and then transferred the balance online 48 hours prior to delivery. I was told to expect the car on the back of a truck around lunchtime, but were pleasantly surprised when it arrived early following a call from the delivery driver! The car came as ordered and complete with the additional number plates requested for trailer and bike rack!
The whole experience has been fantastic, albeit nervous! Don't expect the delivery driver to talk you through how the car works as a car salesman might - this is true online sales with the associated savings and we will definitely use it again in the future when we can afford another new car.

Highly recommended vans direct. I wanted a very specific spec of Toyota pro ace van and the normal dealers just weren’t interested. I contacted Howard at vans direct told him exactly what I wanted and he sent over a quote. I had to wait for the van but Howard kept me updated and after ordering in August I received the van in January at the price quoted back in august. The van was delivered to my door and it was absolutely perfect. Everything I had asked for. Thanks Howard and van direct, fantastic deal and service will definitely be recommending to all.

If you want a new car and to save £'000's off the dealership price then try CVC, was a bit suspicious at first as the prices seemed too good to be true but I did my homework and research online. I was very impressed with my overall experience with CVC and the communication we had over my transaction. I saved thousands on my new car, the team was very helpful and professional, and always responded very quickly when I had any queries. CVC will be my first choice when I'm looking to change my car again. The only downside is I am still waiting for my registration log book but have been told this can take 6 weeks to process.

We have recently purchased a New Ford Custom Transit Van.
Found the whole process to run very smoothly and delivery was on time. Mike who we dealt with was extremely helpful with great communication and updates. Would highly recommend.

These are great guys to buy a car from if you want a fantastic deal without the hassle of enduring the usual boring (I need to check with my manager every 5 minutes) sales pitch when negotiating a price. Likely you wont achieve the discount that is already on the table when you visit Corts New Reg website with detailed prices. I found these guys through motoring website...they reside way up north and I way down south so was unable to visit office or meet them. I did not know and was unable to find anyone to recommend them so did lose a couple of nights sleep when committing. These guys juggle their deals so it sometimes feels they are selling you a packet of sweets over the counter rather than an expensive motor. I insisted on written confirmation that the car was most recent model and not a 'Run Out'. This is why I give 4 stars not 5 but am sharing experience in hope that it gives others the confidence to purchase hopefully without the worry!!
That said delivery was within promised timescale, great delivery driver and I've been really pleased with my new 70 Plate car. Everything Neil said it would be when I made my initial enquiries. Many Thanks chaps and Happy New Year.

I found Discounted-New-Cars.com (aka Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd) via an advert on a motoring website… …and I am so glad that I did.

I was assisted in my purchase by Steve, who was friendly and professional throughout and very patient with me when I took ages to make up my mind about exactly which car and which factory extras I wanted. I placed my order in August, with an estimated delivery time of 12 – 16 weeks and, despite Covid restrictions, it was delivered after 15 weeks.

Steve’s price was so reasonable that, although I offered a few local dealers the chance to give me their “very best price”, no one came anywhere near beating it.

I was a little hesitant about paying the full balance by bank transfer 48 hours before delivery, but I did a few checks, none of which gave me any reason for concern. I even contacted the website where I had seen the original advert and they assured me that they had never received any complaints about the company. Also, having paid the deposit of £500 on my credit card, I knew that I had cover under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which makes the card issuer jointly liable, in the event of any dispute.

So, I paid my money and my car turned up on the agreed day.

Steve offered me a very reasonable sum in Part-Exchange for my old car, despite the fact that he had not even seen it. In the event, I used that price as a target and managed to sell to a local dealer for a little bit more, an arrangement which Steve was very happy with. I liked the fact that the Part-Ex deal was kept separate from the new-car price.

I would definitely recommend Cort Vehicle Contracts to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

My VW Transporter arrived with the wrong tyres from the factory. However this was rectified within a week and payment of 5 new tyres arranged locally. Not once was there any quibbling so thanks to Mike for sorting this out. Delivery time and communication was slow but understandable due to Covid-19 and factories not operating at full capacity. I would definitely purchase again.
