Sent an initial enquiry and was provided with the 'discounted-new-cars' website list price. Compared this with CarWow who beat the price. I then haggled with my local dealership to get colour upgrades and other extras thrown in.

'discounted-new-cars' may have matched or done cheaper, but it wasn't worth the effort to deal with their salesperson.

Negative:

Bizarre interaction with the sales rep (won't name), who followed up on my initial enquiry some time later. I noted that I had now ordered the car through my local dealership who had offered a better deal.

I offered him the chance to counter after he commented 'Thats brilliant considering they cant compete with our prices 😁'. He wouldn't do so without seeing my order form, which I didn't have any interest in giving him.

He responded: 'Like any Sales organisation we need proof of any offer to beat an offer given to you by other retailers considering we blow the dealers out of the water, so on that basis I'M OUT'.

Firstly, you clearly aren't that confident in your pricing if you are too scared to provide a quote.

Secondly, this isn't Dragon's Den. I am not pitching for your investment - you followed up with me after I didn't take the website listed price any further - and are wanting me to buy a car from you. A little more respect for the customer would go a long way.

Positive:

Had a very positive phone call with someone in the back office team whilst the sales team were unavailable.

Just received my new Toyota all organised by Neil. What a great experience from start to finish. Neil talked me through everything and kept me informed. I obtained a great discount and part exchange without the normal hassle from main dealers. what a pleasant surprise these days. Will recommend you whenever i can without doubt.

I would highly recommend Cort Vehicle Contracts. I contacted many dealers wanting to buy a new car, but they were not interested. They only wanted to sell me a car with a fancy Credit / Lease agreement and no discount.

I managed to find Cort Vehicle's online and got a call from Neil, who was so polite and helpful, he made me feel like I am speaking to my best friend.
He not only ordered the car I wanted, but got me a fantastic discount below list price.

I cannot recommend Cort enough, in these times of new vehicle shortages, Neil and the team came through for me.

I've just taken delivery of a new Nissan Navara from Cort Vehicle Contracts Limited. It was the first time I have used them, so naturally I was a little anxious. Having had a great quote from Mike I decided to go ahead with the order, I can only say how helpful he was, keeping me informed with updates and answering any questions.
The Vehicle was delivered on the agreed day with no problems.
It was a lovely way to make a purchase without all the sales pressure and hassle from a car salesman.

On the basis of reviews, took a chance with an online dealer unknown to me. Website easy to use, prompt response from dealer, offered good price for trade in but explained that I could sell myself if I preferred when replacement vehicle available. Simple paperwork, small deposit and just sit back and wait. Due to international chip shortage, delivery a little later than originally estimated. Kept informed regularly. Despite two manufacturers price increases, price paid was as original deal. Excellent service from Steve - no hesitation in recommending CVS and using them again.

What a great experience dealing with Neil and Steve. Order a Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid (not many of them on the road in UK) and was a bit anxious about the process. Neil reassured me and kept me upto date with the estimated delivery time. I continued with the order paying by bank transfer and the car was delivered to my door in perfect order. I have recommended this company to many friends and colleagues and will definitely be back when I am replacing this car. Thanks again for saving me over £7500 on the list price for this car.

I would recommend them. I bought a van saved £5,800 off the list price. Van was delivered within 7 days.

Great experience really, No garage, No salesman, Pick your vehicle then wait for delivery. Delivery comes you get handed the keys and away you go. Pure and simple cant complain one bit. The only hard part is the waiting but its worth the wait. Thank you very much Mike job well done.

My first new car purchase and it was very easy and straight forward. Niel was always easy to get hold of and answer any questions that we had. Car arrived on the day and my trade-in was collected later on that day. Would certainly recommend and consider using again

I’m a little risk averse so spending a large amount of money via a website to buy a car never crossed my mind. I use the CarWow app a lot for reviews etc and when it came to buy a car this time around there were some good deals to be had, plus you could visit the actual showrooms from the dealers with the offers and test drive the cars.

After experiencing some truly poor customer service from the majority of dealers I went to, I thought I wonder what else is out there that offers great deals like CarWow, that’s when I came across discounted-new-cars.com

I made an enquiry through the website (all very easy) and Aniello came back to me the same day with a quote that seemed too good to be true. It took me awhile to get the old saying ‘if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is’ out of my head, as well at the company was called Discountednewcars.com but all the dealings were through Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd! Alarm bells were ringing but speaking to Aniello helped to ease my concerns. I also check with my bank about transferring a large sum of money to an online company and would I get my money back if anything happened? After stalking the owners on various websites and checking all the reviews, I thought what the heck, lets give it a go!

Well after a very anxious wait on the day the car was due to arrive, and speaking to Aniello a couple of times as the car transport person was running a little late, the care turned up.

The whole process, even though a little scary at first, was really easy. I might go to dealers to test drive cars in the future, but I’ll be buying from Cort Vehicle Contracts Ltd.

A couple of this to remember is you want them to take your car in part-ex:

• Make sure you take close up photo’s of any dents or scratches before they confirm a price for your car, don’t just tell them about it.
• They prefer to have a full service history from a dealer rather than your own mechanic. If you do use your own garage and they are following the your car makes schedule using genuine parts, make sure your garage put on the part numbers on any documentation

Must admit I was nervous at first but Neil talked me through the procedure put a £500 deposit on a Nissan Juke Texna + by buying the car from Cort I saved over £5500 compared to buying from a main dealer.Was told I will get the car by October the 12th but turned up nearly 3 weeks early.All I can say is thanks Neil had nothing but great service from start to finish so highly recommend buying from Cort

As I've only previously bought cars through dealer or trader networks, purchasing via the internet was a cautious departure. I was purchasing a KIA XCeed and the prices being offered online were significantly cheaper than through the dealer network. The whole process was far easier than expected with Niel from Cort explaining how the process worked, going through the vehicle in detail and taking an intial deposit. I was kept up to date with delivery progress and the vehicle was delivered at home as agreed. It was also the very latest model (new logo) so not old stock. Overall I would recommend to anyone to use with peace of mind.

I found him to be honest, knowledgeable and friendly, I was quite nervous to be buying such an expensive item sight unseen and with no prior knowledge of Niel or Cort Motors, this led to some slight worry, but overall I was happy with the information, reassurances and safeguards he gave me and the research I had done.
Niel quoted delivery as 12 – 14 weeks when placing the order and the car was sitting on my drive 13 weeks from that conversation.
Although information was sparse from placing the order I guess there was nothing to tell me, he has done this before and that shows through in his professionalism, when I did speak to him he was very reassuring and eventually the call I was waiting for came through and we arranged trailer delivery, at a very reasonable cost, and final payment details.
Dan the delivery guy contacted me the night before and gave me an expected ETA, this he followed up with more info on the day itself, and what a delight to see my gleaming new car being reversed off the transport with 8 miles on the clock, all this and a very healthy saving on dealer showroom prices, what’s not to like.
The final piece of the jigsaw fell into place when my V5 dropped through my letterbox less than three weeks after the car arrived, fantastic.
I feel sure I shall be doing business with Niel again and I shall be recommending his services to anyone I speak to.
My only remaining comment is – “Watch out main dealer salesmen (& ladies)”
