I have just purchased a new VW Crafter from Cort Vehicle Contracts Limited, my contact was Mike Taylor. Mike was really helpful with the sale and has that good old fashioned customer service. Within a hour of my first contact Mike offered me a choice two Crafters, he followed on with fantastic prices. When I called him back the next day, one van had already sold. Cort Vehicles has recently supplied us with a new Vauxhall Vivaro. As new vans are somewhat of a rarity at the moment (most suppliers were giving 9-month lead times), it was somewhat of a 'Hobson's Choice' in selecting to go with Cort Vehicles, but pleased to report that the service was exemplary. Our agent, Mike Taylor, was pleasant to deal with and responded rapidly to the multiple questions we had, even arranging a changed delivery date for us at the last minute. All in all, an excellent service and we highly recommend them.

First time buying a car online and was obviously a bit cautious! I checked the reviews for the company (Cort Vehicle Contracts) on Trust Pilot and also checked details on Companies House before proceeding. I’d already decided on the make and model so sent an email in the evening to enquire about it (23/1/22). Received a phone call from Steve Watson first thing the following morning. Steve was fantastic to deal with - responded to emails exceptionally quickly. I was able to arrange a part exchange (sent Steve a detailed video of my car showing the condition of it) and received a great price for my old car. I paid an original deposit of £500 on my credit card which covered me for the whole new car under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act even though the balance was made by bank transfer a few days before delivery of the car (I sent a smaller token amount prior to the full balance being sent to ensure I'd entered the correct bank details for the transfer (this was at the suggestion of Steve) and, once receipt of this was confirmed, I sent on the remaining balance). Steve had estimated a late April delivery - delivery was slightly later (12/5/22) but that was due to current state of world affairs and out of everyone's control! Steve fully detailed the process of the part exchange - my old car was collected at 10am (received a phone call 1 hour before to let me know when it would be collected) and my brand new Hyundai Tuscon was delivered at 12pm (again, delivery driver called 1 hour before). Cautious nerves aside, this had to be the most straightforward, positive experience I've ever had buying a car! I would have no hesitation recommending Discounted New Cars - especially if you are lucky enough to deal with Steve!

A very positive experience, after haveing bought my wife’s new car online from a much more publicised competitor and with a good saving on list price i discovered Cortes on the internet and decided to try them as they offered a very good deal.
Ordered in November and took delivery at the end of May, two months longer than estimated but all new cars are going way past normal dates so this was a result of the weird world market of the time.
All in all a very simple and unpressurised process and a new car delivered to my doorstep.

I’ve never purchased a car in this way before and did have some trepidation at first. I contacted Discounted-New-Cars.Com and spoke with Steve Watson who put me at ease about purchasing a LEXUS NX350h.

I paid £500 deposit in December as there was an expected price increase in January. I was given a delivery date in March/April. I'm very pleased with this transaction. I've had a very good discount on my Lexus NX 350h Takumi.
I took delivery of my car in April and I’m very pleased with it. Steve kept in touch and updated me throughout and I will definitely deal with them again when it comes to changing my car. Well done to all the team at New Cort Vehicle Contracts.

Great Service of Mike on supplying my company with a new Van

Excellent service. I have been dealing with Aniello (Niel) Gioia who was so reassuring and helpful. Yes there was a delay but at no fault of Neil. Would recommend to everyone. My family are going to use for their future purchases. Was worried it was a scam to start because of the amount of discount on my Hyundai Tucson Ultimate but it’s not even when I paid I was still worried. It’s a great service and like I said Neil is so good putting your mind at rest throughout. Many thanks

Delighted - I purchased a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate (£6000+ saving from the forcourt price) I took delivery of it today and made up!
I had never bought a car like this before and was anxious about parting with such a large sum of money before I got the car. However, I dealt with Niel who talked me through the process and was more than helpful when I contacted him (which was quite a bit) and he put my mind at rest. He was friendly and very easy to deal with - in fact a few laughs were had!

A big thank you to Mike at Cort, a very friendly chap, no pressure. I was a little apprehensive at first as the Ford Transit Custom was 4k cheaper than my local Ford dealer with the same spec. The van came as promised on the date and time as organized to my door and also received a follow-up to see if I was happy with the whole process. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I found their discounts to be better than any other broker and 3x what Carwow offered so it was a no brainer to place an order with them. Delivery was of course delayed by the global semiconductor supply issues, but Steve kept me informed (as best he could) and always responded to emails in minutes. Will not hesitate to use them again.

We decided on buying a new Hyundai Tucson last August and test drove a car through our local dealer. We wanted to get the best price possible so came across Cort Vehicle Contracts. The price seemed too good to be true but on speaking to Niel, who explained the process, we felt confident and placed the order in September.

Our initial delivery date was pushed back, which was disappointing but not unexpected and Niel informed us asap. Our second delivery date fell over Xmas and new year so we anxious about when we would receive the car but Niel kept us updated and answered my many calls and emails promptly.

We received the car on 21/1/22, as promised and delivered to our door at 9am.

Overall our experience with Cort was very good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We never felt under pressure to buy from them but we’d have been stupid not to given the saving compared to our local dealer (who we did ask to match the price but told us they could not). Niel was always good humoured to speak to, despite my many impatient emails! So thank you Niel and team, we absolutely love our new Hyundai Tucson hybrid!

Bought a new Tucson 2 weeks ago and I cannot praise Steve Watson enough. He responded swiftly to my queries, kept me updated with my cars journey from the Czech Republic, arranged a smooth drop off and collection of my p/ex and followed up with an after sales message asking if everything was ok. The price was unmatched by anyone else. He was always available and made me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process.
The only niggle and not a 5 star rating was that the car was delivered to my house with over 100 miles on it, driven from Portsmouth (was hoping there'd be just 5 miles on it) and there were biscuit crumbs in the storage area at the front, not Steve's fault I know.
