This is an addendum to my previous post regarding the cancelled/postponed delivery of my new Kia Niro 3. Neil contacted me and said the car could now be delivered, after it was held up in the corona virus lock-down.It was delivered by transporter to my front door last Friday 15062020, the guy rang the day before, with an eta at my house. He duly arrived within 10 minutes of the stated time, we did the paperwork, observing social distancing, and off he went. If your'e concerned about the deposit, or bank transfer of such a large amount, check out Article 75 of the finance act. The deposit and full amount is protected up to 30k if you don't receive the goods. The Lloyds Bank Account Manager I asked didn't have a clue !!! I would highly recommend Cort Vehicles, and Neil, who was ace. And by the way the car is ace,it's the best vehicle I've ever owned, and at a great price.

A truly pleasurable new car buying experience. My first, but not my last!
I had reservations about how good the price was, also the fact that full funds needed to be transferred 2 days before delivery. This was totally unnecessary as everything went like Swiss clockwork. The fact that the £500 deposit was paid by credit card, meant that cover under Article 75 was for the full amount. I was reassured by both Steve Watson and Paula Wilks throughout the process. They checked out on Companies House and Trust Pilot as well as being members of BVLRA.
A first class service that I would thoroughly recommend.
My Hyundai i30 was about £4,500 off list price, an absolute bargain.
I was offered a reasonable part exchange value, which was reassuring to fall back on as CVC’s flexibility meant I could change my mind any time up to 72 hours before delivery. As it turned out, I sold it privately for a bit more. Win, win.

CVC supplied our new VW van at a massive saving over dealership prices. Mike had an amazing product knowledge on all options, keeping us informed with order progress and build date.

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. From my first contact with Aniello (Neil) Gioi, he kept me informed about the car (a top-of-the-range Nissan Qashqai Tekna+) and it's order progress with humour and efficiency. I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure to deal with him and CVC. The car was delivered to me on time (actually 15 minutes early) by a very helpful delivery driver from the Nissan dealer, who spent half an hour with me going through all the car's controls and frankly amazing driver aids. To cap it all, CVC saved me around £9,000 off the recommended on-the-road price! What's not to like?

If you read this you have discovered the secret I discovered 14 years too late….
This company has been going since 2005. My guess is that the roots go back way further, due to the professionalism and confidence they show to clients.
When faced with fronting the full cost of a car 2 days before I can see or touch it, I researched them on Companies House, linked-in and other methods.
They exist. They are genuine. They are good; unbelievably good.
The only person I spoke with prior to delivery was Neil. He is very natural, personable and funny. I was kept informed by him but unusually was also entertained and warmed by each phone conversation. It was great for me to welcome a call from Neil. It must be heaven for a salesperson to be confident while being honest, helpful and amusing. I suspect many salespeople are deeply uncomfortable when their situation forces them to drop one or more of these attributes. Not the case with Cort Finance from this experience.
There were two cars on the transporter so I “naturally” assumed Cort Finance were giving me a BOGOF. David, the driver politely assured me only one was for me but I didn’t feel hard done by as he was a really lovely chap. He spent time checking the car with me and gave me the best 101 course on the car controls I have ever received when being handed a new car. I thought David would be a delivery driver, he is so much more.
I feel sad to say that the dealers I have dealt with in the past don’t deserve my business when the sales and delivery experience are as top notch as I have just received from Cort Finance and this dealer. I hesitate to mention who the dealer is as the price was so exceptional. I would however like the dealer to recognise the value of David the delivery Driver. He is a credit to your company.

Just purchased a new Mini Countryman from CVC, and the service we received from Steve was first class. We needed to collect the mini ourselves as there was no option for it to be delivered to Northern Ireland. Steve had organised to pick us up from Manchester and drive us to the office to collect the mini, which made the whole purchase process a breeze.

Having just purchased a new car from this company, I am writing to say how happy I am with the first class service and help I received, especially from Steven Watson who kept me informed all the time. My new Audi A6 was delivered exactly as requested. The whole process was managed well by Neil, keeping responding quickly to my questions and re-assuring me of the process. It is a little worrying handing over the full amount 2 days before delivery, but the process worked just as Neil said it would.
An excellent saving on the price, and I would definitely re-use them.

My new Octavia was delivered two days ago, after a 14 week wait which was exactly as predicted. The car is beautiful and specced exactly as requested. It arrived on a transporter, as promised, and the delivery driver's handover was friendly and informative.
Steve and Paula, at Cort, responded promptly to all my queries throughout the buying process.
Oh - nearly forgot the minor issue of saving about £6k on the list price and what my local Skoda dealer (Ebenezer Scrooge) was prepared to offer.
