Best decision I made to buy my next car. Didn't hound me or go for a hard sell. Very competitive price, was also able to hold the trade-in price of my used car until the new one arrived. Had to wait 4 months as it was a custom build. Smooth process the entire way, had to send my licence in towards the end, it was returned as a priority mail quickly. Bought my car on Hire Purchase not pcp, still cheaper then the basic version of what I wanted from the main dealer, put a lot of options on it. Will use them again in about 4 years time, hopefully electric by then. If you don't have a scanner download and use the Microsoft Office lens to scan what you need to send

I bought a new Nissan Leaf from them in July. 3 months later and I am still chasing them for my V5. DVLA has the ar registered in another companies name. Steven and Howard say they will not change the V5 as they have 46 other Leafs on order and don't want to upset the supplier. Avoid at all costs. Completely illegal and unacceptable practice.

What a fantastic service I received from (discounted-new-cars.com) my contact with them was Steve Watson and his customer service was second to none, I purchased a new Peugeot 3008 from them at a very good discounted price so pleased I did saved me a good amount of money, I would highly recommend them if your thinking of purchasing a new vehicle I will personally definitely be using them again in the future, can’t praise them enough brilliant.

I am sorry to write such a lengthy review but it is worth reading and may help you to decide what is right for you.

I got lowest price quote for Peugeot 3008 from CVC (£2-3K less than local Peugeot dealer). I was not sure about weather to do business with online brokers but I red good reviews of CVC here and other places so I decided to give them a try. Rosie from CVC took £500 from me to place the order(dated 12/06/2018) to manufacturer and promised me 12 weeks of estimated delivery time. They provided me receipt of £500 and no order confirmation from Peugeot. Despite my several attempts of getting manufacturer confirmation, they failed to give me any order confirmation however they assured me that order has been successfully placed but they can not track my individual order as they place orders in bulks. After 8 weeks, when I followed up with them, they said due to new engine laws that came into place from September 2018, my delivery date got postponed to October 2018. Rosie assured me that my vehicle is being built and she will let me know the delivery date once she receives it from manufacturer. In the beginning of October 2018, I followed up again and came to know Rosie has left the CVC and they have no idea about my order. I tried to contact MD of the company Mr. Howard several times, finally he told me that he can not get the discounted price anymore which they quoted me 12-13 weeks ago and he can either refund my money or try to find another option for me. I have asked him to look for another quick delivery options as I have waited for 13 weeks for my new car. I got no response from him for a week despite my many attempts to contact him over phone. I understood the futility in trying to reach him and decided not to continue this anymore. I wrote a email to Mr. Howard and asked him to refund my deposit. He returned my deposit in 2 hours without any apology or explanation.

I hope this will not happen with anyone else.

Car and Van Discount solved my car sourcing problems.
I was having difficulty ordering a Skoda Karok to anywhere near the specification or price is was looking for through a Skoda main dealer. After 3 months no progress had been made, and there was no light at the end of the tunnel.
Then I discovered that Car and Van Discount had almost exactly the spec that I was looking for shown in stock for a discount of nearly 9%. (Not bad for a very new model!)

What an amazing company to do business with. Michael Lawless was brilliant to deal with and instilled great confidence bearing in mind that you are transferring a great deal of money to someone you have never met. I am truly grateful that I saved over £4,000 by purchasing my new vehicle through the company. Also the evening before delivery, I received a reassuring call from the lovely man who was to bring the car down to our house the following day. He said he would be leaving at 6.00am for the trip and should be with us by 10.30. To the exact minute he pulled into our driveway. I have just purchased a Nissan NV300 From Cort Vehicle Contracts was a bit worried about passing over the money but Adrian was very good and advised me a lot and true to their word the van turned up on the day that was said. Saved my self about £5000 than going through my local dealer. Had one small hiccup but was dealt with within a week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else

Messed around by original Nissan dealership, decided to take our business elsewhere. SO PLEASED WE DID. Nothing but praise for Steve at Cort Vehicle Contracts, we were told there would be a long wait (3 months), but he kept us informed at all times and quickly answered any emails. We paid the initial deposit of £500 by credit card, as advised by Steve to get credit card insurance. When the car had arrived and was going through the Pre-Delivery Inspection, we were informed and the registration was done in our name and then we had to transfer £22,000 !!! Like many others, we were concerned about sending this amount of money to a web company that we had never met, seen or knew much about. Checked "Trustpilot" and felt better but still worried. Sent the money and waited for delivery within 24 hours....it didn't come, alarm bells everywhere. Steve called us and let us know being an electric car it could only be delivered by one of the electric trained drivers, and it was going to be the first delivery the next day. Sure enough we had a phone call at 8am and delivery before 9am. The driver spent time with us showing us how to plug it in, even drive around the drive, and what all the switches did. FANTASTIC SAVING off Nissan dealership price, we will never use main dealers again, they are a dying breed, especially if they give poor service. With Govt grant and discount we saved about £10k, we are the first owners and car delivered to our door.
Sure we had a long wait, but were told about that at purchase, it's a popular car and made in Sunderland.

Received the new vehicle at a good price, but still waiting for my V5 9 months after delivery. Latest email said car registered to wrong person which was obvious from the start. An earlier review complained about the same problem and sorted it themselves. The response was that Cort would have helped with it if they had been informed, so I did inform them and reminded them at regular intervals. 9 weeks until car needs to be taxed - what then?

I was rather cautious about spending a lot of money in this way, but did my research, talked on the phone to Howard At Corts and made a leap of faith. My brand new VW Transporter van arrived on the day agreed and I'm very pleased with it. I've saved around £5000 and got the vehicle I wanted in two weeks rather than waiting 14 weeks for the local dealer to supply it.
However, the administration side of the deal has been a shambles. On the day of delivery nobody seemed to know what was happening, the van had three changes of registration details so I couldn't shop around for the best insurance quote. The van was supposed to be delivered on a transporter but was eventually driven 137 miles from Coventry to my house. The poor gentleman who travelled from Lancashire to collect my PX had to wait around for 4 hours in my lounge drinking tea whilst waiting for the new vehicle to arrive. Since then I have been in regular contact with Howard as over 4 weeks now I'm still waiting for the service book and a copy of the V5 document as we agreed in the sales contract. To his credit Howard has been very professional and communicated well, but I'm getting tired of the excuses now.
If you don't like hassle don't buy your new vehicle this way. I will update this review again once I see some progress.

I am a very satisfied customer. The price of my new car was very good - far cheaper than anything from any brand dealer I visited.
Paid small deposit for a new vehicle (£500.00), paid by Visa card for the balance a few days before the car was delivered.
Times agreed for removal of old car and door to door delivery of new car all within the agreed timescale.
Good conversations during the whole process.
