Stay Away. They sent the order to another country then charged me $60 for wrongful shipping. The website defaults to Malaysia even if you select shopping from US. It adds Malaysia to your US address.... See more

Beware of who you buy from !!

Have been using LaPrairie softening and balancing lotion for 5 years. A year ago, bought one from Cosme-de. It was good. Bought another a few week ago, received last week. I have allergic reaction to this one. The rep said I was the only one that had the problem, the only complaint they had with this batch of LaPrairie. Refuse to do anything. I suspect this one is not genuine because it is thicker and smell difference than the ones I used before. So, beware.

Good company but hard to register

I recently placed two separate orders which were taken care of expeditiously. I like the varied selection of items, including some hard to get products in the USA; I also like their pricing which is very competitive. However, I wanted to ask the company to alert me when an item I wanted was not in stock, and it required that I register with them. This is where the problem was endless as I typed my e-mail twice and the program kept rejecting processing the information because it needed my e-mail. After 4 attempts I gave up as I couldn’t understand why the program couldn’t read the two slots where I had typed my e-mail.

The products came way before schedule…

The products came way before schedule and the help desk was speedy and helpful. However for some reason it was difficult to track my shipping (which was why I had to contact the help desk), so the tracking could certainly be improved.

I did not receive my order

I made a purchase in January, and it's already May and I have not received the purchase so far. Even I understand that the Post Office has a great deal of blame for the delay, but during this period I sent 3 messages saying that I had not received the order yet and I was never answered. I am totally disappointed and I do not know if I will receive my order.
