Been shooping there for 10 years, always find great values like no others, yes shipping can take two weeks but sometime I got it in less than 4 days.

Product arrived broken, leaked everywhere and was unusable.

Cosme-de refused to refund me fully and stopped responding to my messages.

Very poor service, I will shop elsewhere.

Very bad experience ! I ordered a product late november for christmas - supposed to be received mid December. After more than three weeks waiting, I recieved a better from the customs.
Lots of paperwork, fees of shipment on top and no answer from their customer service - neither proposing help, a new shipment covering customs or a reimbursement.
This is the worst marketplace I ever placed an order to.
Not recommended except if you want to buy not being sure to receive or ending paying more expensive than the price of the product.

I have been buying L’Occitane products from cosme-de since 2021 and have placed orders of more than 10 times from their Shopee shop, Lazada shop and cosme-de website.
Product is authentic as I have compared to those I bought from the retail shop. Smell and texture is exactly the same. I've also checked the manufacturing date from checkfresh.com and most of the products are relatively fresh (aged less than 1 year), with 1-2 items aged between 1-1.5 years. I think this is the main reason why the products are much cheaper than retail store.
Seller wrap each individual item in bubble wrap (regardless the packaging is plastic or glass or aluminium), and put extra bubble wrap in the box to prevent the item from moving, and also paste a fragile sticker on the box.
Delivery is quite fast, less than a week for orders place on website and approx. 7-10 days for orders placed on shopee.
The only complaint is the item I want is always out of stock, and I hope they carry more variety of products instead of those more popular products.

Stay Away. They sent the order to another country then charged me $60 for wrongful shipping. The website defaults to Malaysia even if you select shopping from US. It adds Malaysia to your US address. Customer service has no interest in fairness but only in taking your money.

Absolutely do not recommend. Horrible and unreliable online shop. Fraudulent conditions, where additional taxes are not mentioned during the purchase process and refusal to refund even if the shipping was received unused citing vague rules. The attitude is mercenary, only about stealing customers money rather than creating a reliable shopping experience.

Dermalogica- I have been using the same face wash and microfoliant from Dermalogica for years. I ordered them from Cosme and now have a skin rash. The produces feel and smell different too. I’m not convinced these are genuine products.

I’ve been a customer for years. I requested cancellation of a recent order SECONDS after purchase but they have refused to lose sales and instead lied about items already being shipped even though order was still not processed after days. Every attempt on my part to negotiate refund or even a credit note was met with hesitation and shady responses. Shame about the reprehensible lack of customer loyalty; I will no longer shop with them.

I am very disappointed with Cosme-De, I paid nearly 1000 pounds on the website, wait for nearly 3months and received nothing. My package was lost and I contact Cosme-De customer service every day to chase the package, ask for a refund, but nobody does a refund and no result for my package. I lost a big amount of money and waste a lot of time on the purchase process. Be careful with the website.

what do you mean about 30 days money back guarantee? how will consumer figure out if it will satisfy them if they will not open the product to try? By just looking at the container? LOL You need to be specific and clear with your T&C. That's not 100% money back guarantee - it's a false advertisement.

I have been using SKII FOR Several Years. Especially, Facial Treatment Essence ( Miracle Water) and Genoptics Aura Essence.
And I know the feel , the smell and the results. However, I tried the SKII that I received from Cosme- de.com and I can tell you that they are NOT AUTHENTIC SKII. I have it a tried for over a week and the Genoptics Aura Essence I got from this company made my my DULL and the spots are darker and darker each day. The authentic SKII I had used before made my face bright and clear . I realized that the company sold FAKE products ❌❌❌❌
I emailed the company and they refused any returns or any responsibilities. I just wasted almost $770 USD. The company DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

Not legit and very disappointed, me, my daughter and my son start having itchiness on our face considering that what I bought is SKII, Avene and Elizabeth Arden. They say you can return as long as it is in the original package, but you would not know the effect of the item unless you open and used it.

At first I was a little dubious and wary of this site. However, the prices were very good and I couldn't find the product I wanted anywhere else. I decided to take a chance on them and was pleasantly surprised. The order arrived in under a week by Fedex and was very well packaged (glass bottles).

I ordered Sisley ecological compound but that item didn’t arrive. Then I found that my order has been cancelled without any notification. I did never cancel my order but they did! The money including the sending cost had been withdrawn.
I have been sending emails everyday to try to contact their customer service but they have never replied. NONE AT ALL!!!! That’s why I decided making a comment on this site.

I still don’t know what’s happened to my order. I’ve been using their online shopping for years and this is the first time I have a problem, it means I haven’t needed to contact their customer service by now.
I’m very upsetting about their terrible quality of service, well, I even wonder if their customer service actually exists. I have never had such a poor service at any online shopping.

I am trying to return an item. No response from the email for customer service!

I rarely leave comments on any websites, but after purchasing from COSME-DE.COM twice recently, I feel strongly that they deserve a 5-star review!! So I'm posting the review to both Google and Trustpilot.

I ordered almost $1000 products in total (two orders) and placed the order on Thursday night pacific time (Friday morning in HK). The order was processed and shipped out on the same day, and I received it on Monday morning! I also checked the dates of everything I ordered (Sisley skincare products) via checkfresh.com; they all were produced in late 2020! Everything is perfect and exactly the same as what I have bought elsewhere before.

This happened exactly with my 2nd order for some other brand products - it only took 3 days to receive them!

I've recommended this website to my mom and strongly recommended it to others given its incomparable price, good product quality, and super fast shipping!! :)
