Don't ever buy from Cosme-de. They shipped me counterfeit jurlique product. The product are such low quality and the smell and texture are extremely bad. I have been using jurlique for ages. I can tell they are fake. Do not scam. They refused a refund unless I responsible for my own courier to post the counterfeit to pass thru custom back to hk. I am very mad at this store. Their excuse was they only sell parallel import. I have confirmed with jurlique head office they have confirmed they were not legit. Everyone, do not use this site as they will scam your money.

I orded 4 items rom this site, in April, I have contacted them lots of times to be given excuse after excuse, I am a singe mum who can't efford to buy myself clothes often, and to feel like the one time I could I have been ripped off.

I ordered on the 11th May 2020 and my products have still not arrived. I have contacted them and there is feeble excuse after feeble excuse.

Their claims of dispatch on the 12th May, offering a useless tracking number and claiming that the 12-25 business days plus 2-3 business days for processing, and taking that Covid crisis into consideration could see my products arriving on the 15th June. I will be amazed if this materialises.

Why can they not track my parcel and tell me where it is seeing as they have a so called tracking number?

Their lead time, regardless of them publishing it on their website, is highly unreasonable, global pandemic or not, in theory they are stating that six weeks is potentially how long you are expected to wait. I'm sorry guys, internet shopping generally doesn't work like that.

I am now afraid that the products will be inferior as this sounds like a disingenuous company to me.

Keep away if you can, I presumed it was a German company like one of my fellow reviewers but unfortunately not, it is an outfit in the far east which is slowly fostering a bad reputation. I feel so silly for ordering with them, I should have done my homework and checked the terms, shipping location, etc., but as I said, internet shopping doesn't always work like that.

I think I got a fake product.
I live in Singapore and have always been buying my skincare product and cosmetic from the brands themselves but due to covid-19, all shopping malls are closed, I have to search for my products online. A month ago I searched for my Dior prestige light-in-white blemish balm and only could find it on cosme.de. The product came within I think 20 days which consider slow but I’m ok with it due to the pandemic. Upon using the product I realise that the texture of product is completely different from the original one. The pump was hard to operate and almost broken after 4th use... I highly doubt that the bottle that I got was fake. I don’t recommend this company.

It takes forever to get my refund back and until now I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s been 2 moths now the product is missing and money also gone.

I ordered from this company on the 20 March and I still haven’t received my items. They have taken the money out of my account and I’m still waiting. I have contacted their customer service, but they just keep telling me it’s been delayed see the tracking... tracking doesn’t say where my order is. I’ve been waiting 2 months now.

This is not acceptable

The company has asked for details of order no. Etc.
I have replied with the information requested days ago, STILL NO REPLY.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THRY HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT MONTHS AGO AND IVE STILL NOT HAD AN EXPLANATION OF WHERE THE ORDER IS !!!!

I ordered 3 Sisley products from them on May 5th and there was a glitch on the internet and I didn't get an auto confirmation, I email them and they responded within 12 hours and my products arrived on May 7th via Fed Exp. Everything was nicely bubble wrapped and this is my third time buying from them and I am very happy with my experience. I will highly recommend this company.

Seller had lost my item and refuse to do any refund or help find the item back. Seller not reliable and try to put words in my mouth say I am asking for free gift. Item been lost for 1.5 months already.

I thought I was bying products from a German website. To my surprise it's a Chinese company. It took 2 weeks for delivery. I understand the delay is related to the corona crisis but I got amazed to have to pay another 20 euros for customs fees !!!!!!! If you live in EU don't buy European products from a Chinese webshop. I got mad at myself for not having realised it while I was shoping.
The customs fees are not mentioned in their website !!!!!!!! Be warned !

I have been using La prairie and Guerlain for god knows how many years

But due to current situation I wasn’t able to buy from my local store in London

And based on my boredom I was searching for affordable deals online

And here I’m !

In the beginning I was a little bit concern why are the prices so good !!! So I was testing water and placed an order on four items ( 4 essentials )

I was shocked to see the items that was sent from Hong Kong in the beginning , could the items be legit ?

I paid for premium services to get extra quick delivery , which costed me £30

My order came through today , in less than a week , all of them are carefully wrapped ! Tested all the products and I can confirm they’re the original products !!

Very happy customer and will definitely return again next month !!!

Highly recommended !!!
