Very fast delivery form my experience. The DHL dropped it off on a Sunday ( I didn’t know they even work on Sunday lol) And the items are legit.

Very pleased with Cosme-De, package arrived in good time. The package was very secure & packaged with care inside. The item I ordered was at a very good price. I will be back to purchase again.

They sell counterfeit goods. Their fake olaplex ruined my hair. Then they refused to pay my return postage after making me send the goods back to them. I checked the box and qr codes against a real one. All fake. They keep sending you nice e mails promising to refund but they never do. Avoid. They can't sell genuine items so cheaply. You get what you pay for!!!! I wouldn't believe their replies. They do this all the time. They don't care what your order number is. After over 20 e mails to them I should know. And having used this product in the UK, Hong Kong and the US where I have lived the past 10 years, I know exactly what the product looks like and how it works. I also know that in Hong Kong there is virtually no policing of counterfeit goods.

I tried to return the strange smelling Tonic Body Oil which is not the same as buying directly from Clarins. I was advised by your customer service people that only "unopened" items can be returned. I bought the same product again from Clarins directly, and there IS A BIG DIFFERENCE in quality, smell etc. - My review is meant to share my experience with others and state the facts.

I have ordered several times and the products are NOT authentic. The body oil had a strange odor, not at all like the Oil from Clarins directly. I also ordered the face cream lumiere, which was very itchy when I put it on my face, which is a sign of expired products. - Strange that everyone thinks this is a good deal. I rather buy from Clarins directly, they also offer loyalty discounts and promotions with 30% off.

Great price, great packaged, and products are originals... will shopping again!!!

This is a fantastic retailer. I can always find my favorite product (La Prairie) at very good prices. They are consistent with good service and fast delivery even during the pandemic. I have been shopping with them for many years.

i ordered 300usd products from cosmede in july 6th, and it shows from delivery tracking site that package was dispatched on 9th jul from hongkong, and nothing follows after the update on 30 Jul dispatching from singapore. until 15th Sep, no updates. i sent email for equiry at the end of Aug, they said they will check, but no response later on. now i am checking all the reviews saying they are selling fake products…………wow

I was cross with myself for not realising that this company is based in Hong Kong before I ordered. I therefore didn't read the reviews until too late. Due to the volume of poor reviews my concerns were inflated so I emailed COSME-DE.COM. They replied promptly and with courtesy and my fears were relieved a little. The product I ordered arrived nine days after I placed the order even though I didn't pay for fast delivery so this impressed me. I hesitated to open the parcel as I was aware that I couldn't return it if it was opened but if you don't open it, how do yo know right? So I opened it... I checked the LOT number on the product with Sisley - it was genuine and importantly, FRESH - manufactured in 2019, good for 4 years. So no need to worry. I'm relieved - I had taken a gamble and fortunately it paid off.
I paid two thirds the RRP, the product I received was a genuine product and delivery was fast considering it came from HK. Will I order again? I'll certainly consider it!

For some products I bought from this website, the packing has scratch and is different from the one I got from Sephora. I highly doubt that the skincare product is fake. To be safe, I will not order from this website again.

like the packaging, properly wrap. It is fast now via fedex. Sometimes have certain discount. Worth to explore and buy from cosme de. But the product variety if can have more or expanded would be ideal. Cheers.

I ordered La Prairie Skin Caviar Absolute Filler and Clarins Body Treatment Oil on 24 July 2020 and received my order in New Zealand on 4 August 2020. Both products are genuine.
This is my second purchase from Cosme-De. I'm totally happy with their service. Will definitely buy again in the future.
