I have just recieved my first 2 orders....( I am surprised of the negative reviews on the site). I recieved my orders within the mentioned period and the products were perfect - no issue with dates or quality. all perfect. Customer service responded quickly and effectively to some doubts about delivery which were quickly responded and cleared up. So what can I say..very happy and will definitely buy again¡¡¡¡¡¡

My 15ml L'Occitane divine eye cream was produced on 2017-09-24 (2 years 1 day); the site recommend skin care products to be used within a period of 3 years and I've bought 2 bottles without knowing beforehand.

Therefore I suggest that you purchase only 1 in case the expiration date is near, unless you're confident that your product runs out fast.

On May 28th, I ordered an item from this website. It has been more than a week passed and the I cannot trace my package. This is my first time to buy on this website and I'm suspicious about whether this site is fake. They deducted the amount, but they did not inform me about the tracking process. When I go to their site, I can only see that my order has been shipped. It is also written in the website that it should have been 3-5 days to any order to be delivered. However, I'm still waiting and no package has come. I also sent messages to them both through e-mail and in the website, but there was no reply. Now, I feel got shafted!

EDIT: It took 25 days to arrive the product and I also paid extra 34 Euro for the deliverance!!! I wish I should have bought from a local company website. At least, it would not cost too much when I consider the extra deliverance money and I would not wait so long. I'll never ever buy anything from this website and never suggest anybody to buy!!! STAY AWAY!!! IT IS NOT WORTH TO BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I feel really got shafted!!!

Recently bought a Helena Rubinstein Serum. The price was a lot cheaper therefore wasn't sure about the quality. Received it within a week (I was away so I spoke to customer service and they were quick to respond and helpful) and it seems genuine.
Also I went online to check for validity with the batch code at the bottom of the bottom. The date of manufacture was January 2019 with General shelf life of 30 months.
Definitely a good purchase and I've just ordered my second order from them!

I had an issue with Orlane cream and got suspicious about their products. The seal was perfect the jar not broken but there was cream inside the lid. I was not satisfied and wrote a negative review. Customer service contacted me. I provided photos so they can follow up with this issue. They gave me a refund. I have to give 5 stars to customer service who really tried to help. 5 stars to the packing and shipping team. I think they care about their customers and reputation.

On May 19th and 20th, I booked two orders of cosmetics respectively, but now a week has passed and the package I cannot find the trace，this is my first time to buy on this website, but shopping experience poor, I'm in England and it's difficult to call Hong Kong. And I didn't receive any email to confirm the order. I also sent a message on the website many times, but there was no reply.
I cannot accept that I cannot find any update message on the website, and the money has been deducted. Stay away! I bought 2 Kerastase Masquintense hair masques. As soon as I opened the container (unboxed) I realized they had watered down the product. I need to use triple the amount in order to see results. I have been using this product for over 20 years and I know how its consistency is supposed to be. I contacted them and they said they cannot do anything about it. My advice: Pay a little more money and don't get cheated like me! Stay away from Cosme-De!

After I read a lot of bad reviews about them, I was quite nervous about my order. I ordered a SKII cream and received it after a week (faster than I thought). Everything is fine. The package arrived in good condition, the product’s quality is good. The only thing that I wonder is the manufacturer date, from 28/12/17. So I don’t know, maybe that is the reason why the price was cheaper compared with another site.

I am still waiting for a reply from their customer service. I have extensively Googled this company and there is absolutely nothing on them - who are their directors etc. DO NOT use or trust them.

I ordered Elizabeth Arten 3x30 capsule Mar. 20.
As I received I found it is not as good as I used before. Smell is different. Package is not as good. Used on my face, it feels greesy. Not as silky. I used it for two years, I can tell the difference.
They replies "Our returns policy states that we are only able to accept unopened and full-priced products for refunds.Sorry for any inconvenience caused"
If we don't open and use it, how can we know it is fake?
I saw the review about slow delivery, service poor, package broken... Actually, these are not points. The problem is they sell fake products!

Definitely they sell fake products, ordered some clinique mascaras and was so disappointed. The packaging is different from the original I have.

It is now almost two weekd since I placed my order. I sent a complaint email and was told I would be hearing from them in two days time, as yet, not one bleep from them.

Unless my paid for good arrive in 2 days, I will be cancelling my PayPal transaction. I am mad and disappointed.

they give me a fake order tracking number ... they delete my account in their website ... the did not answer when i call them ... they did not replay when i text them ... i order from this website in 28 February 2019 and until now i did not receive any thing ... they said that you will receive your order in 5 of April .

I’m in Canada and started purchasing from Cosme-de.com since December 2018. The first couple of orders took about 3 weeks to arrive and that is understandable because 1) December is holiday season when everyone wants their online purchases delivered before the holidays, 2) Canada post was on strike so it’s not their fault. They even post a notice on their site about the strike.
I placed another order 2 weeks ago and was surprised when it arrived after only one week!
Their products are genuine. I’ve order SKII and Orlane products that I cannot find those prices anywhere else.
I have been browsing their site since last week and noticed there is a Canadian website now (ca.cosme-de.com). I’m not sure if this is a new site for Canadian shoppers as I cannot login with the same account.
People who complained about the company’s return policy because of your skin reaction to the product really need a reality check! Hello! There are samples that you could have try before you buy!
