Stay Away. They sent the order to another country then charged me $60 for wrongful shipping. The website defaults to Malaysia even if you select shopping from US. It adds Malaysia to your US address.... See more

Flexible customer service

Poor customer service, employee need to be more flexible and learn negotiation skill to make more business, this is the only way to make a win win situation

Please understand that we have paid shipping fee for the original parcel and there will be another shipping fee for reship order. Therefore, we are sorry that we have to charge the fee from customer who provided incomplete address.

Please be reminded that the street number of the shipping address you provided is missing. It is the reason that the order is returned to us.

The product excellent

The product excellent. Wraping is good. But the problem is time limit of delivery product. I think you have to evaluate every local delivery agent. Evaluate time limit of delivery, etc..

Your order is shipped by Hong Kong Post and then Singapore Post. The tracking information is provided by the Post Office and regret that we have no control on it.
