Costa Woodbridge

Costa Woodbridge, the two staff behind the counter were more concerned with chatting very very loudly to each other and laughing very very loudly. We were with friends and could not hear ourselves talk. Not a pleasant experience. The staff are supposed to be there to make our visit enjoyable, not to chat and laugh all day so loudly that our visit was AWFUL

I went to the one above waverly train…

I went to the one above waverly train station. There was 2 hrs until closing time and I had to insist on being given a real cup and not disposerble as I was sitting in.

I understand the staff wanting to close and leave but this was ridiculous. When I pointed out that the close time was 2 hrs away I was reluctantly provided with a mug.

How is this good for the environment with all the disposable cups.

The store was quiet but maybe costa need to give their staff longer time to clean down and close.

I found the staff rude and the store messy c sideline how quiet it was.

This is why I prefer supporting independent coffee shops in my life.

What a massive rip-off!

How much for a small hot chocolate? £3.99! 4 sips later it’s finished. Daylight robbery AND Costa have changed the ingredients for their hot chocolate. It used to be delicious, now it’s like a watery, weak Asda own brand hot chocolate with all the cocoa and sugar taken out. Disgusting! (Just do a Google search about Costa hot chocolate - everyone is saying it’s changed, although lying employees deny it). And WiFi is 1 megabyte a second, it’s like the late 1990’s again. Some OAP got stuck in the toilet today as the lock wouldn’t undo as everything is so badly maintained. I’ll never set foot in any Costa again, the very best of Broken Britain - making poor people poorer by ripping them off. Arrogant rude staff also, looked down their nose at me, as though they were royalty.

Can somebody find out why the…

Can somebody find out why the additional seating at the rear is always closed when costa is always full especially in the afternoon ??
How would you rate the customer care when customers are deprived from seats ??
This place is near the tube station on the High streets, tendency to get a lot of customers and customers can't have access to the seating at the rear especially when it's full.
Where is the logic in that ?
What kind of customer care is that ?

Watford gap Costa

Watford gap Costa: lovely people, quick service, but very expensive and cafe latte tastes of hot milk with no coffee. Costa on a downward spiral.

Worst customer service …

Went to Costa which is near the tram line of market street in Nottingham had the worst customer service I ever had the toilets are so so dirty & the lady lied to us saying she was on her own but there was 2 other lady's was working with her i was going to put no stars but I thought I better put 1

Be honest

Simple question. My train leaves in 7 mins. Do you have time to serve me a large lattie in the next 4 mins so i can catch it. Wasn't a test. Just needed a straight forward yes or no. They looked at each other then said yes. I paid and waited. I then realised there was a family waiting at the side for 4 drinks which hadnt even been started. Yep, guess the rest, had to walk away to catch my train without my coffee. Clearly this isn't really important ... but please do consider if you can deliver in time if you work within a COSTA at a train station and be honest ..... and for those wanting to know ... it was the COSTA on platform 5 at Sheffield.

Overpriced coffee

A good chain generally, but overpriced. It's easy to pay £5 plus for a coffee, which is pretty much 30 minutes work for someone on minimum wage. Someone is making a lot of money and I am sure it's not the staff.

I went into store in Chatham Medway…

I went into store in Chatham Medway with my little ones for a cheeky hot chocolate and the kind man who was working there was just soo lovely, so helpful and kept telling me if there is anything I need to let him no, if the kids make a mess don’t worry he will clean it, genuinely the nicest experience when you have children that can be a little messy, he’s a credit to your store,

It’s the BFG style food

Pulled into the drive through, typical robot like experience taking to a human through a speaker, ordered 2 Tomato and Mozzarella pani with a Frappe (strawberry). The drink was refreshing enough couldn’t complain. I think the rest was was for the BFG. The panini… well the tomato had an invite but didn’t attend (was clearly busy) and the pesto wasn’t invited at all! This or maybe the tiger came to tea before we arrived.
I think I was late to this party because despite eating it straight away the panini was lukewarm but thankfully the cheese had shown a presence.

I wish I hadn’t ordered tickets to this party. Was a flop.

Queue the party popper…
