I didnt even want to give one star. Im a platinum VIP player at COSTA BINGO. They recently self excluded me without me requesting to be.they say its a software fault, however ive spent thousands on the site and now I cant even log into my account. Its taken them weeks already to sort this and still not sorted. Its not right

First it takes way too long to get to a position where you can actually make a deposit. No one else asks for so much details that they do not need. They are hardly a massive international company LOL. Then when you do finally register the bonus is unplayable. Then when you cashout it takes 10 days! Nothing here to make me keep play at costa sso sorry guys but BYE BYE.

Registered with this site about 10 years ago and have deposited enough to reach gold level but have never won anything worth bragging about. Concerned at the moment about cheats on the site as over the past few months I have noticed a certain player name (RICKBINGO) being used with numerous numbers after (1-19) winning at every game. I don't know how there can be so many players with the same name on a site with so few players in each game. Will not be depositing anymore and will only play free games from now on even though one of the RICKBINGOs wins it all.

Costa is OK but takes too long to get my winnings CMs stell me 2-3 days but I wait 6 days too long for a UK site as others pay quicker and newer games. Cms very freindly though and helpful. Games look so old though seriously who is still playing 8 dragons LOLOL 🤣🤣🤣

Costa bingo are still the best for payment options on their site and you can pay with Paypal which is always a good sign TBH. Good customer support as well and overall a trusted and trustworthy site that has loads of the latest games and really strong progressives. Bonuses are fine but the normal issues with withdrawing bonus money. I have to keep playing and winn ing a lot to take my bonus from this site.

avoid at all costs i have been with them since they started but last month they decided to ask me for my bank statements showing my income and balance of my bank account also wanted to know where i worked and my income this has nothing to do with them if i want to deposit i will who are they to ask if i can afford it and to prove where my money comes from i am taking this further

Been with Costa since it first began was brilliant at first guaranteed a win in the freebie rooms at least every week. Now lucky to win anything at all the games are more expensive and the slots are an absolute waste of time never win anything worthwhile and am sure they don't pay out the diamonds I am due to. My advice avoid I am currently looking for a better and fairer bingo site. The big winners are always people you never heard of.

Gave me a £30 bonus with 4 times wagering.

They then credited me with an extra £5 bonus without asking I thought sweet.

But then, they said the £5 has a max winnings of £100 and must be wagered 8 times. the £30 has no cap. The problem was they combined these together causing an utter mess of the wagering system. The customer agents didn't even know what I was wagering towards.

You would be lucky if £100 would last you 5 minutes... will take at least 300/500 pounds to get free spins... playing at £2 a spin max payout on free spins £60 .. BE CAREFUL signing up here, few wins at couple hundred when u sign up, like all sites do..but costa takes the biscuit on getting it back.

Given all the recent charges brought against 888.com, I have successfully lodged a complained which is due to be heard in a court of claims. You're days are numbered and I look forward to finally getting what is rightfully mine.

Told when I called them that I won a £500 asda voucher and they would send me a email calling me for it. Then call again and was told that I only won tickets for the £500 asda voucher and they said I never won. Was really confused by all of this and and said u need to look into it. Jamaal was dealing with it and said he could not find the evidence and said he could only fund my accounts with £40 making me very disappointed and angry when I was led to believe I had won the voucher will never use this site again. I only have apple products and u can only get on the app and they say about the desk top computer its states it well it should state it on the app don't be trying to pull the wool over my eyes

Costa is a great site unless it has issues,
Instant games don't appear to be monitored correctly.. Screen shots sent in showing just over £8 winnings, bonus spins and a big error.

Costa appologised and gave 50p refund and thats final. It also happened twice withing 2 days.. Always on the bonus spins!
This was there official response accepting the fault and doing nothing.

"Jim in regards to your Ooh Aah Dracula instant game query, we have received an update from the Technical Department stating that they noted you received the bonus feature however the game crashed and you did not winning anything before the crash.

They also stated that your account was credited back with the amount that you bet on the game.

This means that we have no outstanding amount owing to you."
