Very slow website and app

Hi,friday 21st august,for some reason i can’t log in,anybody got any ideas

It's a big joke con I spent £1000s playing on costa watch I dont mind at all if I lose then that's gambling all good but I win a bit of money and they blocked me
Iv sent untold emails but no reply
I think they stell owe me some money but they will not un block me so I can look at my account they will not let me look and cant understand why today they send reply on here saying they will email me so can get back in but just email me same crap if reply to loads of times about if I'm happy with wot I am spending on there when I reply again just ignore me ITS A CON never asked me about spending before I won then when I got money in my acc they want to ask and blocked me I toke a good faw winnings so I cant remember if I been paid all and I can't look to see BIGGEST JOKE OF A BINGO SITE EVER GO ON ANYTHING BUT COSTA BINGO REALLY THE SOULD BE CLOSED DOWN THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE COSTUMERS IF THEY HAVE TO PAY OUT ANYTHING

This site is definitely a joke you can't redeem your diamond balance due to terms and condition absolute joke are they ever give you is free bingo ticket to one particular game which they give to everybody judging by the amount of people are playing absolute rip-off I wouldn't refer a friend and I definitely wouldn't recommend signing up

Not even worth a star but seems i have to give one so i will give it one star reluctantly.
This site is uk licenced but is defiantly not UK REGULATED you decide lets begin with the bingo.
The site flags up a message which says chances of winning are based on a players activity and deposits.
Not sure this is legally allowed as means the players accounts are being restricted on many levels, i have been there over a decade and i actually cannot remember the last time i won a game of bingo which is actually the point of people joining these sites.
The slots used to give you a game for what you spent you never got rich on them but you did feel like you had a bit of a play for the money spent.
The site offers free spins on slots if you spend £130 pounds on slots you win some free spins these free spins are capped at 30p yes you read that right 30p !!!!! Some other sites also offer this same offer of free spins which are also capped !
This is all stated in yes you got it the very small print, terms also state about free spins being turned off on slots when the site feels like it basically.
Since the site has had these new owners it has done nothing but change things so the player is always the loser this is not about fair play anymore its about being fair game to be taken for a ride.
I have one word to say about this site and it is AVOID !!!!!
I took a look back at some of these reviews and the good reviews are only from when the site was the old owners from years back.

Easy to play impossible to get winnings back I was lucky it had nothing to do with luck I wasn't able to withdraw my winnings under any circumstances I emailed to ask many times how to withdraw with no help at all I am on many sites this was worse by far won't be recommending you to any one!

I emailed over three days ago about 30 free spins not loading after wagering the correct amount and no reply from them. Worst customer services I have ever dealt with. I have asked for details of customer service director and still no reply.
Do not look for help if you decide to join.

I got a reply at last asking for me user name. Just shows they have not read my first email as it is on the bottom of it

having played with costa bingo for over 12 years and deposited over 25k to reach platinum level they have currently blocked my account from getting bonuses without reason and have been told it was a managerial decision and refused to go into detail.. i'm not a big spender (£20-£40 per week) and after a number of issues over the years i'm finally done with this site.. STAY CLEAR!!

Emailed 30 hours ago with an issue Logging in. They asked for my personal details but still waiting. Absolutely shocking customer service. I have money in credit and should I ever get back on I will be withdrawing it and closing my account

Joined this site a few days ago said that when you deposit £10 you will get 300% bonus did not receive any after 3 emails and a phone call telling me phones are down got nowhere just telling me to deposit more money digusting service don't waste your money on this site

I joined 14 yrs ago & slots paid out. You could depo £5 & get free spins but since they linked all Cassava sites about 5 yrs ago then took away all the platinum, Bronze, gold & silver rooms which you had to spend 10k to get into the site is now disgusting! Still same old winners. I went off for a year then came back on & the last 6 mths all you get now is the odd free 12 tickets & the £10 bonus room which pays a ridiculous 2x £1 & £8. They're quick enough to take your cash but paying out in bonus obviously their way of still getting their money back. I depo £100 on same slot, had a total of 2x 15 free spins & won nothing. These slots have obviously been fixed to payout nothing. Disgraceful greedy site which robs you blind. Don't bother wasting your time or money on this thieving site!

I’m new to your site and had a
win off 780 and 460 I’m trying to withdraw the winnings but it says
withdrawal restrictions iv sent you ID in driving license and still can’t
withdraw it as yet the reason I’m getting in contract is I’m looking for

I am so annoyed. I won over £200 (started with £30) then decided to play a slot game for a few spins, didn’t check the bet amount and after realised it was set for £200. Surely games should not have such a high default setting. It may have been my mistake as I was tired but they are usually set at £1 and not at £200, it is such a bad and wrong way to treat consumers. Close to tears now and was unable to sleep, so angry. It was going to be Xmas money for my kids. Games should legally have a default setting below a certain amount to avoid this happening. Be careful players, they won’t return my money even though my history of bets is usually 20p! In response to the Costa Bingo reply- I waited a while for a response and received on today (19/12/19) and no goodwill gesture was made at all!!!!

I've been with Costa fora few years. The way O have pla0yed never changed but then out of the blue. They suspended my bonuses saying I've spent to much time on their site. I reached a level of platinum VIP which took me years to get to that point.

I am a disabled lady, which physical means I can't get out. I have no friends and I don't go out to see people, apart from a carer that comes three times a week for an hour. I also have a nurse that comes twice a day for a half-hour.

Costa was my link to the outside world and they just took that away from me. I have explained many times but they just don't care. All they've done is closed my account down.

I spend £10 a week, sometimes on the odd occasion, I might do £20. The highest I've ever spent on their site is £80. I have joined another site now, but it just doesn't feel the same. But their customer service is really nice on this other site. I have explained to them what Costa did to me. and they sent me a boughet of flowers. I've never felt so lonely in a long time feeling like this, I don't really go on the other site that much so I sit alone and praying that God takes me soon because I have nothing else. And that is what Costa has done to me.

A good site with nice progressive games and the usual bonus selction on sites of this quality. As mentioned here, patience is required on cashout as it can take a little loner than other sites of this caliber.

NO VALIDATION CERTIFICATE! : This is ridiculous that I sign in to Costa Bingo but then everything is so large that I am unable to play , Have made all necessary tweaks to security etc and the site is showing normal size after ages of messing around but still keeps timing out before I can play . Have missed all of the free games that were owed to me for depositing ( Oh yes able to do that!) On checking the lock on the bar it shows as big daddy certificate but when trying to enter a bingo room it shows as having NO certificate . Have used all of my deposit on slots and will not be depositing any more . Tried asking for help from them and they say it is not a problem on their end . No advice given. Am giving up on Costa Bingo as a bad job
