I purchased an Escapade 853 from Switzerland and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service. Right from placing my order, the Cotic team was quick to address all my questions and offered valuable advice about frame upgrades. They provided regular updates throughout the process, and when the bike was shipped, it reached me in under a week, securely packaged. I'm a very happy customer!

Went to the show room on a off day to see the bikes there. I was greeted by the owner, who made the whole experience very easy. I looked at and test rode two hardtials, and decided on the solaris.
The process of paying, Cyle to work schmeme, and late changes to specs, where handled with out issue and all communitication where with Cy or Sam.
On collection of the bike, Solaris C3, presetned to me by Cy, in the show room.
Cy then took the time help me set the bike up properly.
2 weeks of riding down the line and 100 miles or so. The bike has far surpassed my expections, a real joy to ride. The experience, effort and enthusiasm put in to the devlopment of this bike by Cy and his team really shines through.
I can't recomend Cotic bikes highly enough.

I preordered a Cotic BFE. The communication from the guys at Cotic was excellent throughout the whole process of ordering, you were speaking to a human of the same interest and not a bot..The bike arrived and it was expertly packed and all I had to do was put on the handle bars.
As for the bike, 10/10!!
Is a gravel bike on the horizon, let’s see what the wife says.. 🙂

Bought an Escapade, it's a beautiful machine, rides like a dream and very well put together. All communication was efficient, helpful and friendly. Would really recommend this company, you will not be disappointed

I own three Cotics now, and suspect at some point that number will go up again.

Exemplary customer service - you always feel like you're talking to a person rather than a company, and even the big boss Cy is happy to shoot the breeze and get his hands dirty to make things happen. They've always been awesome when I've bought from them in terms of honesty, advice and test rides. They even agreed with my wife to find excuses not to sell me a bike if I tried to buy one myself before I got a birthday Cotic from her a couple of years back!

Great people and great bikes. The Cotic team was easy to work with to customize my bike the way I wanted it, and still got a killer deal on the build. Riding my new BFeMAX I feel like I'm riding a bike that is worth thousands more than I paid. My next bike will be another Cotic, and the next one after that will be a Cotic. I'm a fan for life!

I bought a last-generation Soul in 2019 and it has been my go-to MTB ever since, I ride it summer and winter, it just gets the job done, and I love it. Early this year (2023) I bought an Escapade with a low-spec built and it too has been fantastic, the handling is so predictable and the frame is a keeper which I look forward to upgrading the components on.

If you’re in the market for a new bike do yourself a favour and go test ride a Cotic.
Truly amazing bikes that handle like a dream, are robust and are about as environmentally friendly as a bike can get.
Leave any preconceptions about weight behind as these bikes offer so much more in ride quality and grip.
You will not be disappointed!

Chose Cotic when I was looking for a dream Gravel bike build due to their great reputation in the MTB scene. What can I say? They couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, replying quickly to the far too many emails that I sent. Just a brilliant company to deal with. I went for a Cotic Escapade 853 and the bike is incredible, super comfy, smooth as silk and handles brilliantly when you take it off road, yet still keeps up with the club run when used as a wet weather road bike. I'm now saving up for one of their full suss MTB's. My only regret is that I don't live closer to their HQ so I could join in with their owners rides!

I have steel rigid bikes: SS,12sp and drop bar gravel. Never felt underbiked as I ride single track cross country trails. Lots of rocks and roots and ups and down but no sustained downhills. 29+ is ideal for what I ride. Anywhere from 8 to 26 miles in the heart of Missouri.

A trip to Colorado convinced me of the need for bounce. I wanted to stick with steel and with the Covid bike shortage only Cotic could deliver. Reviews were great, I had some extra cash so I ordered a Flaremax on blind faith.

Had to pay duty fee to get the bike to the USA and it really took me about a year to learn how to ride it having never had even front suspension let alone full. Not to mention the slack/modern geometry.

I’m finally clearing technical climbs on the Flaremax that I typically walk on my other bikes. Not as fast as my SS but I’m so much fresher and less beaten up on the Flaremax. In short I love it.

Sam helped via email with the setup on the shock and the whole purchasing process. Other than the agonizing wait for shipment after the order I enjoyed the whole process. When it’s time for new bike I will absolutely be checking out the Cotic lineup.

I'm not going to go into specifics , because if you have any questions, they can be better answered by the guys who design and build them directly. I've always found their responses to be helpful, useful and prompt.
It comes down to this: great bikes from great people.
Get one..... or two!

Ordered my frame a while ago. Just getting around to writing this. They were sure helpful giving me advice on sizing. They were able to send it straight to my mechanic. Since I’ve had it a while now I recently ordered some spare bits for it and again were super helpful about what bits I needed and getting them to me quickly.
