Excellent staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Had a very helpful experience in the Harpenden shop when looking for the perfect chair for our living room.

Our chair arrived today and the delivery team were great, very efficient and friendly. Overall, a very positive experience. Very pleased.

The lady advising us, Harsha, made us feel welcome, she was really enthusiastic and gave us great advice. She then was helpful with the ordering and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. The store itself is wonderfully designed with lots of ideas for how to arrange things and showing a wide range of goods. Parking in Harpenden is the only small fly in the ointment but the Waitrose car park is nearby if usually full. The Cotswold delivery service was excellent, on time and efficient.

Absolutely love our new Winchcombe bedroom furniture. We fell in love with it in the shop in Harpenden, it was so nice to be able to see it and have help ordering. The ladies in the shop were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the guys who delivered were brilliant - so polite, courteous and thorough.

We were treated very well. Nancy answered all our questions and was very helpful and understanding to my hearing difficulty. Our order was processed very efficiently We have a house to furnish from scratch and will be back!

From all the staff in the Harpenden store to delivery team (Garvin and his team) and customer service (Kayne) we have received an exemplary service. I cannot praise them enough for going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with all the processes. We are thrilled with our purchases which have received lots of admiring comments from friends and family.

Great support in customer services and the showroom. Unfortunately my two seater Talbot came with seat cushions which didn't fit. Also, the front of the seat pad was not holding its shape and sloped down. I felt I was slipping off! There was a large gap between the two seat cushions and one was stitched incorrectly. They sent out a firm who agreed with my issue. I was sent two new cushion covers but only one seat cushion/inner pad which was so large and much higher than the original seat pads it didn't fit.

I've asked for a refund and the sofa has been collected. Customer services have contacted me and I'm about to receive the refund hopefully today.

I can't praise the staff enough, excellent and professional throughout. Such a shame the quality falls far short of expectations.

We came instore to get some ideas, having already looked online and seen some things we loved the look of.
Whilst instore we spoke to Nancy who answered my many questions very patiently. She understood what we were looking for and made suggestions which we hadn’t thought of.
Once we were ready to make a purchase Nancy explained the delivery process and all the other information very clearly.
We felt like valued customers and are so pleased with our order.
Nancy is a real credit to the store.

The store in Harpenden is beautifully laid out and welcoming. Charlotte was friendly, professional and approachable and did a great job of answering all of our questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend coming here.
