Fantastic company to deal with

Fantastic company to deal with. Every order placed was delivered accurately and promptly. Huge range of products which enabled me to get everything for my new pond build from one place. I made two order errors and had no questions asked refunds immediately. I would 100% recommend them to anybody.

Zero stars

After 4 months of chasing, cotswold finally said they would issue my long overdue refund.
They even sent me copy paperwork suggesting they had done it. The paperwork said that the refund would be processed either immediately or by the end of the day of reconciliation. Either way, I should have received it within 24hrs!!
But 5 days later my credit card company have confirmed they do not have the refund.
ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Koi pond products

Very quicks delivery and helpful staff. Prices competitive for most products but always worth checking with other suppliers on ebay, Amazon and Google first. They normally price match

Excellent company.

Always a good experience with Cotswold koi, orders always arrive super quick and well packaged, they are very helpful too, if you're unsure about something, they are never too busy to give you advice that you can trust,

Wanted some hard to find pond pipework…

Wanted some hard to find pond pipework connectors and was pleased to find that Cotswolds Koi had a choice and at a good price. Delivery times were exceeded as the connectors actually arrived the next day.

Very poor communication

We purchased a boxweld pond liner and glass window from Cotswold Koi. We put the order in on the 4th of November. Very quickly the liner was delivered (this is reason why I can't give a one star review). Anyways, waited another week and a half and I decided to chase the order as I hadn't heard anything. It was then my surprise that they told me that they'd been trying to get ahold of us and that they cannot deliver my order because i'm in a PL postcode area which is out of there delivery zone. Spoke to my pond builder, he checked his email and he found he'd that he'd recieved an email on the 17th (a few days ago from writing this review)... so that's 13 days after we'd made the original order!

If you cannot deliver to a postcode, you tell the customer much sooner than that. Now i'm 2 weeks delayed on the pond build, I have no window and now i need to find someone else to make us a window. The refund also takes 7 days which is obsured...

As a result, my pond landscaper who has used cotswold koi for over 20 years has decided he wouldn't use them again. Me, as a new customer I wouldn't use them again either. Really dissapointing as I was told Cotswold Koi were the best in the game.

Delivery botched - Terrible customer service with off hand attitude

It took an age to be dispatched and Evri took quite a while to handle it only to deliver to the wrong house entirely. Kotswold Koi was no help and in fact said "why are you being uncooperative," when I was unhappy, he then said "I have other things to do today" and "what do you expect with economy delivery as Evri will not care and do anything about it". When I recovered from the irritation and shock requested a full refund as I do not want anything more to do with this company; my advice AVOID!

I have had absolutely no end of trouble…

I have had absolutely no end of trouble since I brought my FILTREAU COMBI NEXT last year. Once ordered I had to wait over two weeks as the filter wasn’t even in the county. Then from day one Iv had an issue with the safety mode not kicking in. After many emails I finally received a replacement float switch which didn’t make a slight bit of difference. I have now been trying to get to the bottom of this since March this year and no one is relying to a single email. This issue has now burned out my whole uv unit as the filter empty’s of water and the plump keeps running so absolutely no safety shut off. I then changed to instagram to see if I could get an answer which I did. I have gone through the whole explanation again with limited replies and very basic fault finding and now for the last two weeks absolutely no replies there either! Disgusting service as this filter cost me £2200! I just want the product that o was sold to work as it should. That’s not too much to ask is it?

Product was perfect

Product was perfect. Emails and communication fine. But from order to delivered, on an in stock item, of 11 days not good as it was a UV bulb replacement.
