The boiler replacement was smooth, competent, and came in on time and on budget. The men were courteous, efficient, friendly and cleared up after themselves. The price was good, too.

Can't comment on the boiler (Worcester Greenstar 8000) as it's still too warm too use it. I'm confident that it will be fine. But I'm also confident that if there are any problems, I won't be left in the lurch. That's a good feeling.

Very efficient from discussing new boiler, the following quotation to installing the boiler. The workmanship was excellent with no mess and the guys were happy to answer any questions as they worked.

From the first telephone call, a lady made me feel like my enquire was important. “No hot water! “ Matthew will come out later this afternoon she said. On time, Matthew arrived, checked my boiler, gave me several options , honest options, to save my budget and didn’t charge for the call out fee. I took his advice, phoned around and realised I did need a new boiler! I then phoned again and arranged for Cotswold Plumbers to come and put a new Worcester Bosch boiler in. Prompt, efficient, service . Much after care given, explaining how to control the heating and temperatures. I have and will recommend Cotswold Plumbers. It is a relief to have a trustworthy and reliable, local, plumber in Cheltenham.

Right from the very start, from requesting a quote though to the fitting of the new boiler, the service provided by Matthew Brumwell was first class. He was very prompt in responding to all my communications & in my opinion went over and above what I expected, sourcing leaks under the bath & sink that I didn't even know I had & putting them right for me. He & his colleague Jack were extremely thorough & professional. They were clean & tidy & to say that I am overjoyed with the resulting work that they did is an understatement. Choosing a company to fit my new boiler was a minefield but I definitely made the best choice here!

Brilliant service from Cotswold Plumbers. Matthew and Jack replaced our old Combi boiler with a Worcester 30i. Installation carried and completed within five hours. All work areas were left spotlessly clean.
After installation Matthew fully explained the boiler's thermostatic controls and gave assurance of their ongoing customer service. Highly recommended and we will certainly be using their services again in the future.

They were quick, efficient, helpful and generally just got the work done well. Nothing more needed to say, no problems surfaced and even if they would've had some, I've no doubt they'd overcome them immediately and competently. 40kw boiler and new piping inside bathroom was done between 9am-3pm.

Cotswold Plumbers installed a new boiler for us last week, replacing our exisiting system boiler and hot water system with a combi boiler, and the service was excellent. I asked three companies to give me a quote for an unvented hot water cylinder. Cotswold Plumbers arranged an appointment to call soon after my original contact with them. They arrived on time, observing all Covid protocols. There were restrictions in relation to the building, but they took these in their stride. Matthew was very thorough in assessing all relevant issues prior to quoting. The quote arrived soon after his visit. He offered me a date to undertake the work within about ten days.

On the day of installation Matthew and Jack arrived on time. They went about taking out the old cylinder with competence and maintaining the place in a neat and tidy order. I was so pleased with the way they went about the work, that I felt confident going out and leaving them to do the work.

I was told that the work would take one day, but they finished early afternoon, leaving my home immaculate.

The quote from Cotswold Plumbers was not the cheapest, but I was more than happy to get them to do the work, because of their professionalism throughout the process.

Just moved in to a property to find the boiler and radiators had seen better days. I called Cotswold plumbers and explained the problem. I was then told that Matthew will attend my property the following day and see if it can be fixed or to explain my options.

I asked Matthew for a detailed quote ASAP which he supplied and I thought the price was very reasonable. I decided to proceed with the quote. The problem I then had was getting a day off work to which I asked Matthew if I gave him a key can he let himself in on the day. He said that was not a problem which was ideal for me. I returned home on the day Matthew and jack fitted the new boiler to find all the work was completed. No mess at all left by Matt or Jack and to be honest, I couldn’t tell they had been in my house apart from seeing my new boiler and radiators.

Matt and Jack have been nothing short of brilliant. It was such a relief to have someone come in a resolve our complex heating issue after a couple of false starts with other local plumbers, both Matt and Jack were happy to persevere and get to the bottom of the problem which involved lifting floors and making holes in the ceiling to allow old pipes to be capped and new pipes to be fitted. We now have heating for the first time since turning them off last spring. The guys were very prompt to arrive on time and cleared up well behind themselves and both very courteous. We would absolutely recommend them to other family and friends without a doubt. To you both, we can't thank you enough, we really appreciate the work you did for us!

Suddenly, no hot water! I sat and looked at the boiler, it wasn’t like any of the thousands of human bodies I’ve dealt with. In a panic we phoned around trying to get a heating engineer, no one available until the next day😫 Then Cotswold Plumbers answered the call, Matthew came around after lunch and managed to get the hot water working, the boiler however had seen better days and had to be changed. My Gas Boiler recently Broke down , I contacted Cotswold Plumbers who came out straight away , Matthew gave me honest advice on Repair / Replacement and the Costs. Glad I took their Advice I opted for a Replacement new Worcester Bosch Boiler which had great on line reviews , Matthew e-mailed me a comprehensive quote covering everything his company would do and a week later at a date convenient to myself he came out and fitted the new Boiler , tested it out fully before leaving that day to make sure it all worked and assured me that if there were any issues to call him and they would resolve any issues, he also advised on how best to use the new system .It also came with a 7 year warranty which he registered .Matthew and his company were extremely professional and I would recommend his company to any new prospective customers as they provided excellent service and I would use them again .
